Professor Daze Fluster is failing to impart the education he was trained for to his students, disregarding his qualifications and background in preparing them accordingly. This case study primarily revolves around Professor Daze Fluster and the students under him whose interactions are multi-faceted - as professor-learner pairs or even with a possibility of serving as their academic advisor/mentor.

The primary ethical dilemma in this case study concerns Professor Daze Fluster's failure to provide his students with the appropriate level of education that he is trained for. He appears to
be neglecting his educational background and knowledge, not using it effectively to equip his students with what they need. The fundamental issue here revolves around questions of competency, specifically a lack thereof or insufficient mastery on the part of Professor Fluster when it comes ethics principles, standards and skills presented to consumers - as defined by Koocher and Keith-Spiegel (2015). Consequently, due to poor performance by Professor Fluster in meeting their expectations; many perceive him as incompetent wasting precious resources such time without rendering any helpful support towards improving both himself and others involved in learning experiences under him. Professor Daze Fluster's students are facing a predicament as they feel dissatisfied with his teaching performance. His consistent lateness and lack of preparation have left them feeling that their time and money are not being well spent under his tutelage.

that may have an impact on this case study. As for Professor Daze Fluster, no distinct influence of diversity or equality was considered while arriving at a decision regarding this case study.
After analyzing this specific case study, it was concluded that the optimal plan of action for Professor Daze Fluster is to grant him sufficient time to settle all his matters. Following an evaluation utilizing the eight-step decision making model, it became apparent that he requires some leave to enhance his performance and better fulfill his responsibilities. By taking adequate time off work, he will have a greater ability maintain satisfactory job output. I firmly believe that
