packaging rules.

Community Service TNS document.
The selection of electives must be guided by the job
outcome sought, local industry requirements and the
complexity of skills appropriate to the AQF level of this
qualification.
Justify your selection of
elective units
The TNS suggests that the employees are not necessarily
focusing on the retail industry so you may not choose
SIRXIND004
You could choose one unit from another training package,
however you need to remember that selecting electives
must be guided by the job outcome sought, local industry
requirements and the complexity of skills appropriate to
the AQF level of this qualification.
Opportunities for clustering
of units for delivery and
assessment
Clustering may or may not be appropriate. You may choose
not to cluster units but still teach the common content
together.
To cluster units you need to understand and unpack the
information within the units of competency. This allows you
to consider commonalities and the assessment
requirements.
At this stage you do not need to be able to unpack a unit of
competence and provide specific details of clustering.
