About Renewable Resources
The business idea for Chevron is generating renewable energy. This will make it so they produce
no greenhouse gas emissions from fossil fuels which in return will reduce air pollution. This will make it so they are helping the environment and they can offer more jobs and economic benefits.
Using things such as wind, solar and biofuels are just some of the resources they can start with. When it comes to natural gas we can get the same heating with energy qualities as we could from
our normal fossil fuels. (Renewable energy sources replenish themselves naturally without being depleted in the earth, they include bioenergy, hydropower, geothermal energy, solar energy, wind energy and ocean energy.) Goals
The goals are to make sure that they have access to affordable, reliable, and modern sources of energy. Making it so they share renewable resources globally which will double the rate of energy efficiency. The goal of using renewable resources will make it so they reduce carbon emission and decrease the amount of fossil fuels that have to be imported. This will also be an industrial development project and make the company look better and bring in more customers. The goal is to replace what we can with renewable resources and it should help save money and make more money. Target Customer The intended customer segment would be current customers and other companies needing their services. Reaching out to customers who need their products and making new cliental will be where their target is. By using renewable resources the market for selling them is going to open up and the range of customers is going to get higher. Customers who want to use

renewable resources and want to make their company stand out are where they will see the most of the cliental come from. Market Opportunity
The current market for renewable resources is high and it is only going to continue to grow in the coming years. Right now the market size value is $870.6 billion and the forecasted value in 2030 is $2.97 trillion. Which is a 16.6 % growth rate in the next 7 years. In the past 10 years renewable energy was higher than fossil fuel, with fossil fuels numbers being 97.2% and renewable energy being 192.3%. Financial Opportunity
With Chevron being a highly profitable company as it is, adding renewable resources will
only help make it more profitable. By opening up and using renewable resources it will also create more jobs for people and it will bring in more customers and consumers. It will also help reduce their energy bulls by using solar panels and wind turbines and other forms. Economically and development wise this will be financially better because you can make more jobs in places such as manufacturing, installing and the technical side of things. Timeline
2023- Present the new idea and get things running with research and development. Create
a team just for this and make sure they have all the resources needed. Have an idea where we are going to start placing buildings and asking places such as farmers and looking at open land to buy to use as support for energy resources. 2024- Start finding locations on where to install more manufacturing buildings and get the projects running. Get the new buildings up and running and ready to start producing with renewable sources.

2025- Start building cliental and start working on placing solar panels, wind turbines, bioenergy and using hydroelectric to make things run. Start hiring people just for this part of production and get them use to what they will be doing. 2026 – By now we should have a great cliental and customers to keep this running strong.
Still have a resource team ready and working at all times to find the latest and greatest ideas. Using the most amount of renewable resources at hand and continuing to look for new ideas that can better effect the company.
