1.
Identify your chosen topic and what you know about it thus far.
Climate Change: The global temperature has undergone significant fluctuations over the course of several years, prompting an inquiry into the underlying causes of these variations and the potential for enduring alterations in the future.
2.
Identify how personal experience or interests shaped your choice of this topic over the other two topics.
I have selected climate change as my preferred issue from the available options,
as it is a matter of personal concern to me and a subject that is often not accorded due seriousness by the general populace. As an individual who lacks a
strong inclination towards political matters, I possess minimal enthusiasm for engaging in activities such as writing, reading, or debating this particular subject matter. The issue of justice is too broad for me to actively engage with. Specifically, I have had multiple instances in my life where the justice department has failed me, leading me to doubt my ability to approach this topic
impartially.
3.
Develop a few questions that you think can guide your understanding of the topic.
What is climate change?
What empirical data supports the assertion that the climate is undergoing changes?
What evidence supports the assertion that human activities are responsible for climate change?
Why is climate change a significant concern?
How does climate change impact human health?
What strategies can be employed to mitigate the hazards associated with climate change?
4.
Explain why you feel these are meaningful questions for you to explore on this topic.
These questions possess a confluence of valuable responses. These inquiries enable us to examine climate change from many perspectives, while also addressing fundamental inquiries that aid in comprehending the nature of climate change and its impact on the entirety of human society. These inquiries serve to enhance consciousness while simultaneously motivating individuals to actively seek resolutions to their own inquiries. This serves as an initial step towards acquiring knowledge about climate change and its repercussions, fostering consciousness, and imparting strategies to mitigate further harm to our environment.
