Identify the source by including the author, the title, and the database information. The Author is Anonoymous, The title is “For the first time in my nursing career, I think I cant do this anymore”, Database is Gale Business: Insights.

Summarize the source. This source is explainging the difficulties of working as a nurse in
the Mental Health field. The source is explainging the hardships and difficulities of dealing with Mental Health patients while being short staffed and looking for other doctors to support her during her daily shift. This shows the in and out of the job. She takes you through a day of her job and all of the difficulties that she faces while not just short staffed but with hostile parents yelling at her for help.

Explain why the source is credible. The C.R.A.A.P.O. test will help; use the C.R.A.A.P.O.

Explain how the source supports at least one key point or opposing viewpoint from your argument. This source supports my key points in my arguments that Mental Health is an area of Nursing that does deal with a hostile work enviroment and it is unfortunate that it is a part of the job.
