Evidence of substantial knowledge and experience in successfully developing and delivering training. Evidence of knowledge and experience providing services to the workforce development entities.

In order to ensure equal dissemination of information pertaining to the RFP, all submitted inquires via email will be forwarded to all proposal offerors who identified themselves as interested bidders. Proposers must file a Intent-To-Bid email with Widgets “R” Us before submitting any questions in response to this RFP. Electronic or hardcopy proposals must be received by Widgets “R” Us no later than 4PM PDT Monday, June 6, 2011. Proposals that are received after the due date will not be considered. In this course, I’ve learned the appropriate audience, purpose, structure, and voice for an inquiry letter. A letter of inquiry is written when you’re interested in working for a business but there’s no job posting or when information’s being requested. The audience of an inquiry letter is a manager, admissions officer, or a program coordinator. The purpose is to introduce yourself to a potential employer or to request specific information. The structure of an inquiry letter includes your address, the date, the recipient’s address, and a salutation. The opening paragraph states why you’re writing, establishes a point of contact, and gives a brief introduction of yourself. The body paragraphs specifically outline the information you’re looking for. It is easier for the person to reply the more specific your request is. The closing paragraph should make sure that the reader knows exactly what you’d like them to do, such as phone you, send information, or email you. There
Our textbook defines training as “systematic acquisition of skills, rules, concepts, or attitudes that result in improved performance” (p. 284). Training helps employee develop the skills and knowledge needed to perform their job correctly. In order for organizations to determine what kind of training is needed, organizations must conduct a needs analysis. The needs analysis helps determine the best training for the organization’s needs. There are three types of needs analysis that are typically conducted. These need analysis are: organizational analysis, task analysis, and person analysis.
