9/11 was a horrific event that still has an impact on us today. So, when did 9/11 occur? 9/11 occurred on 9/11/2001. The attacks of September 11 are still remembered because 19 terrorists from the Al Queda group hijacked 4 airplanes, and attacked 3 major locations in the U.S.A. 2977 people were killed in the attacks on 9/11. A lot more were injured. 15 minutes before 9 A.M on the Tuesday morning, the attacks started. An American Airlines Boeing 767 bulked up with 20,000 gallons of jet fuel smashed into the 1st Twin Tower in NYC. The crash left a huge burning hole approximately on the 80th floor. When 9/11 happened I had no clue what was going on all can remember was all these people getting amazed I really did not find out what really did happened un till I was like 6 or 7 and watched the actual videos it was really sad and crazy how people can actually get on plain whit the intentions of killing thousands of people just hearless.whart happened afterwards was people in shock which later turned to paranoia andacuusating the Muslim community. The time I was at the store there, was a shoplifter trying to steal some stuff. I had to make the decision to trip the guy and help security catch the guy. I had to make that split second decision and decide if it was necessary to trip this guy. If I did not do the right thing and trip the guy, then he could have gotten away with all of the merchandise. But there was also the chance that when I did trip the guy, he could have came back to hit me. Obviously, this scenario is not as bad as the scientists decision, but it can certainly relate.

In the past year we have had another devastating event like 9/11 that struck Paris. I am greatly horrified at what happened that day. I hope we all will remember what happened there and also what happened on 9/11. Terrorists are growing stronger, and we need to stop them. We are the next generation to fight, and I hope we all will take responsibility and stand up to help our country in some way. The terrorist group called ISIS have caused much destruction and stress. The event I am about to tell you about was one of their worst attacks so far. These events killed 130 people and hurt hundreds. I don’t think this event could have been prevented since ISIS doesn’t really listen - they just go and kill people. I really hope nothing at all will happen like this again. The days that unfolded on September 11, 2001 forever altered the history of our nation. As the tragic and horrid events played out I watched in agony as our beloved world trade center collapsed, the pentagon burned and an unexplained plane crash burned in the corn fields of Shanksville Pa. Like many who woke up that morning getting ready to embark on an ordinary day the tragic events would forever engrain the horrid picture of death and agony. This horrid day would unified our nation and usher in the era of post 9-11.

The World Trade Centers’ fell in a way that has never occurred by a normal melting of the core. According to the U.S. media, “the combined heat from the fuel and combustion caused the cores of the towers to melt, and therefore collapse” (Feuer). But as many know, a building can only collapse straight-down, when explosives are put in place. If the heat really did melt the cores, the towers would have collapsed to a side, instead of crumbling down. Many videos from 9-11 show that the concrete is jutting outwards of the building as it falls. Yet, that only occurs when explosives cause this to happen (Williamson). Some of the floors are seen to explode before the top floors crashed. This adds to the theory that there was demolition in the towers and that this demolition detonated earlier than it was supposed to.
