Change happens in a business environment for a variety of reasons. Those reasons depend on both internal and external factors.
For example as internal reasons for change would be the launch of a new product or service that a company is working on .
As for external factors one of the external factors would be perhaps a new law that is given and affects directly or indirectly the business and that business needs to make some changes.

Another type of support that may be required is updates to the up coming changes so people know where they stand and what is expected of them.
While the business strives to better their image mistakes can be made in the process of change and a good sense of understanding is also necessary.
Some people do not react well to changes and during these times they need updates to the changes and most of all understanding.
A good business will know to understand that their employees need understanding in a time like this and not to put too much pressure which will only make things worse.
b) Explain the benefits of working with others.
Benefits in working with others when going through change gives a sense of unity and the feeling that you are not alone and that together you will be successful in adapting to all that is new.
Also working in a team give people the chance to be supportive with each other and help one another.
