However, I recommend that the organization should offer insurance covers and benefits for all its workers as most-outside companies are doing the same, and most workers might leave. Some of the benefits they employees are requesting include the higher education benefits, house and transport allowances among other benefits. All workers must be guaranteed a 14 maximum working hours a day and four-week holiday. Some workers recommend that they should be paid additional money for extra time. In my findings, I have realized that the workers are recommending for workers union to check their interest. The employers are also advocating the rights of the employment for the disabled. This step will attract many customers as the action discourages disability discrimination. The needs of the individuals such as higher education, transport allowances should be met. At the beginning of Chartwells’ current contract (2013), the cafeteria area was renovated to change the set-up of the area serving hot meals. In previous surveys, many students complained about the long waiting lines, hence the set-up of the area was changed to allow two queues instead of one, making serving lunch more efficient. Therefore, the agreement to invest increases the start-up costs of Chartwells, deterring firms that are not willing to invest from joining the sector of catering lunch to AISK students – a barrier to entry.
