ALLEY-ASTON, Elizabeth (ALLEY-ASTON) was advised of the identities of MFCU interviewing agents, Kiana Beekman and Jonathan Peterson. ALLEY-ASTON having been previously advised of the purpose of the interview voluntarily provided the following information in regard to ROSEY, Crystal (ROSEY).

ALLEY-ASTON’s 6 year-old son COCHRAN, Kalub (COCHRAN) has been diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome, OCD, Sensor Integration and ADHD. For the past 2 years, COCHRAN has been receiving in-home intensive behavioral stimulation services through Family Priority-Williamsburg (FP).

FP is a dual licensed company that provides mental health intensive in-home services and outpatient Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to children with Autism, ages 2 ½ to 21. Both services are eligible for Medicaid billing under Early Periodic Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment services (EPSDT).

In July of 2013, ROSEY, Crystal (ROSEY) was employed by FP as a Therapist. She provided COCHRAN with in-home sessions and behavioral treatment 20 hours a week. Out of the 20 hours, ROSEY was allotted 5 hours a week to complete paperwork and conduct meetings regarding his treatment. ROSEY also took COCHRAN to get his allergy shots. ASTON-ALLEY spoke highly of ROSEY’s skills as COCHRAN’s Therapist, as she noticed significant improvements in his behavior.
