Introduction and Methodology
There are two methods for data collection which are primary method and secondary method. The primary method include person who collect data through survey, interview, observation, and questionnaire. The advantage of doing the primary research method is that the person has a full control in doing research for specific information that he needs instead of doing a general research, and the disadvantage of the primary research is taking a long time to collect information and it may cost more; also the information may not be always achievable (Primary Research - Disadvantages, 2016). Moreover, the secondary research method includes person who collect data and information from someone else work such as journals, websites, books, and records. The advantage of doing the secondary research

The research question three asked about the work experience of the responders and the result shows that a higher percentage of the workers experiences in the work is more than 6 years, which mean that Fujairah International Airport has a good number of expert workers in the financial section according to the result of question two that shows the highest percentage of workers who work in the finance department.
As it is shown in Table1, the work experiences of the workers are in a high percentage which their work experiences were between 2 years up to more than 6 years. But the higher percentage is 37% from 11 responders and their work experiences is more than 6 years. The second highest percentage is from 2-4 years and 4-6 years and the number of responders of each one is 9 out of 30 and the percentages of each were 30%. However, this question showing that there are many experienced workers, which is strengths of the company.
Research question 4. The research question four asked about the role of workers in their department and I found that most of the workers are preparing financial statement in a higher percentage in the

Both qualitative and quantitative research methodology will be use to investigate the hypothesis. The use of case study, questionnaire, interview and statistical analysis will be used to observe and asks questions about the views of the micro, meso and macro levels of society on my topic. Problems that could occur with these methodology is not having enough adequate data to proceed the with each analysis. Secondary research will be used to make subjective judgments about what data is useful and what is not for the motive for the research process.
1. Please conduct a financial ratio analysis using the data in Exhibit 2. How do the results reflect different strategies pursued by the 4 firms?
There are a number of methods of collecting data, some of them are – questionnaire, surveys, checklists, interviews, observations, focus group etc (Cordray, 1986; Einhorn and Hogarth, 1986).
There is five different methods for survey research. The first one is national censuses, this surveys are used in market research, election polling, opinion polling, television ratings. This method is the most used in sociological surveys. The second method is sample surveys, in this sample researchers gather demographic and ecological facts about people they are researching. The third method is opinion polls, this method has marketing polls that help corporations to make decisions about their products. The fourth method is sampling error , this is part of the opinions palls. This important information for someone who reads and interprets the data, which it is a statistical analysis. The fifth method is questionnaire design. This method requires a lot of attention and many details at the same
As the table 2.1 has been shown above, it can be found that the dominant gender of this company is male (3 members), while there are still two female ones. The age of them range from 44 to 62, which seems a little wide range. Therefore, the average age is 51.4 years old. Also, according to this table, it can be shown that the average educational year is 5.2, which means all these members have bachelor degree, and two of them have master degree. The percentage of independent director shows that the position of independent director occupies

Research is a process of collecting data and information on a specific topic. The purpose is to use the data and information to prove that the findings may or not agree with the claims. The difference between informal and formal research is the type of information collected. Informal research methods use nonscientific method to conduct their data, such as searching through company’s files, seeking colleagues’ opinion, interviewing the target audience, and conducting a survey. On the other hand, formal research uses scientific methods to conduct their data and it uses up-to-date sources, such as journals, magazines, newspapers, and other online sources. These shows multiple perceptive of the given topic and acknowledging difference problem that needed to be address. Moreover, it also investigates primary sources and search public information manually, which allows it to develop an unbiased understanding of the topic.
In general, there are several methods for data collection and the different data collection methods provided its own advantages and disadvantages (Sekaran 2003, p. 223). For carrying out the data collection, the appropriate methods should be applied. In the research, the data collection could be done through the interview, for example, face-to-face and telephone interview. To collect the data by using interview technique, the questionnaire is commonly employed as the instrument for gathering data, the questionnaire could be able to distribute by mail or electronic mail. In addition, the data collection could be conducted by observation of individuals with or without audio or video recording. Before choosing the methods for data collection the expertise of the researcher, the degree of accuracy required, time and resources must be taken into consideration. Thus,
Research methodology is a way how the research is conducted step by step and in order. There are two methods used for data collection which is the primary data and secondary data. These data can be obtained and used many ways. The data is taken and analyzed in advance to produce a result that we can use for research and future reference. This study will relate to the objective we want to achieve and finding the answer to every objective we seek. In order to successfully achieve the objectives we seek, we must know

The researcher needs different methods to collect the data for their research, so the main method that I used it is secondary data collection. In this section, I will explain each method, and I will provide some advantages and disadvantages for it. Firstly, primary method means when the research collect the data directly through communication with participants or observation, and the researcher did it. There are different types of a primary method such as interview, questionnaire, focus group interview, and Delphi techniques (scarff, 2013). The advantage of this approach is, it related and focused on the problem to achieve specific goals without wasting the resources. Also, it's more accurate and original because there is no bias and it collected by the researcher. However, the disadvantages are
This section will start with a comparison of three possible methodologies for data collection: ethnography, survey (or interview) and real time experience tracking. And then sampling and data collection methods will be examined followed by a description of data analysis.
Scientific methodology. This is the type of research methodology which focuses on the use of scientific procedures or methods in research. Kothari. C. R (2004, 10) mentions that, “scientific method implies an objective, logical and systematic method, i.e., a method free from personal bias or prejudice, a method to ascertain demonstrable qualities of a phenomenon capable of being verified, a method wherein the researcher is guided by the rules of logical reasoning, a method wherein the investigation proceeds in an orderly manner and a method that implies internal consistency”. Scientific methodology can also be defined as the process of pursuing truth as determined by logical considerations. Scientific methodology tries to achieve the go of research by experimentation, observation, logical arguments from accepted suggestions and combining all these three in changing proportions.
Collection of primary data includes methods such as observation and personal methods. Personal interview and discussion will be made with manager and other personnel in the organization for this purpose.
