Values are basic convictions of what is right, good, or desirable. The values that are most central and critical to how I approach work would include self-respect and security as my terminal values. For instrumental values, I rate truthfulness and dependability very highly. I base this value structure in terms of my career aspirations. Specifically, to the degree that I think my values align with those of successful people in the field to which I aspire. And the conflicts, if any, that I see between my values and the values espoused by

I love working hard give out the best of me.Commuting will for me is always great because I get to meet new people to help out or they can help me. Helping others makes me proud because it's a nice way to show how will I am educated by both of my parents.Values for me is being responsible because being the oldest it ain't easy at it look you have to be in charge of the younger sibling and being responsible for my parents too.Honesty is a big value for me because I don't like liars lying doesn't take people to anywhere good it could take them lie after lie which can hurt other people that have no fault for the situation. I ensure my goals and life purpose are grounded in the values at work as well as to make it easier for everyone. I choose the values that are the most important and related to the team, and the organization, and that defines my character to have the most positive impact on everyone. Then live them visibly every day at work. l use the moral compass to live my values, which is one of the most powerful tools available to me to help me be the person I want to be, to help accomplish my goals, and to help me lead and influence others. This way I am not losing purpose, and I adhere to my own intuition in life and values that hold true of my character.
Having many values in my life, the assessment found three that stood out to me. Favorably, I am accustomed to helping others. If I see someone struggling with tasks or comprehension, I always try to help them understand. I can remember when I was a toddler how creative I was. I would often fill my days with telling my family stories and making up songs that my imagination couldn’t hold on to. Being 21 now, creativity has still been a major key factor in success. Thinking of ways to improve computer programs at work is part of the creativity. Being stable is the most important to me. Being without a job, a car, and money, are all key factors that could possibly hold me back from not having a successful career.
The 10 most important values that guide my life in general are: Accountability, Adaptability, Ambition, Commitment, Continuous learning, Excellence, Fairness, Friendships, Integrity and Personal growth.
My purpose for attending college again is to enhance my opportunities within the field of education. I have been teaching high school level social science courses for over a decade, and I am ready to advance into administration. Having already attained the administrator endorsement on my teaching license, I believe it would be beneficial to have a degree in Business Administration to stand out in a pool of candidates. Running a school is not greatly dissimilar from running a business. If this helps me with my career goals, I will consider it to have been time well
Values are what dictate our choices and decisions, values are what determine the course of our life (e.g., relationships, career choice, interacting with people, etc.) Values are not universal; each individual simply adopts the values of his/her parents or whatever dominant in the society. As human we differ in how we experience pain, how we communicate, our attitudes, expectations, beliefs, behavior, actions, etc. My values either the personal or professional are congruent to the helping profession and the ACA code of ethics. The primary value that I feel is significant is the self-determination to promote social justice and be the advocate for change on behalf of the clients and the society as a whole. In parallel to self-determination; are
Over the course of my life my values have changed based on circumstance. Currently if I had to list out my top five values in descending order they would be: religion, family, education, country, and culture. I value religion first and foremost because of my beliefs system that has been instilled in me since I was a child. " If you place God first in your life, then everything else will work itself out", is something my Grandfather has always told me. Family is something that doesn 't necessarily come first, but is a very high value to me. I identify as being a very caring father and husband, the protector, and head of my household. My family has always been supportive of my decisions. They have influenced me to always give my best at everything and to persevere when I fail. Education is the new value that has began to take a precedence in my life. Education is the bridge to success that I am striving to succeed at. Without education I cannot properly attend to my family 's needs. The time demand of education also puts it very high on my values list because it warrants the majority of my attention.
My values are what I would call the base of my future because if I don't know my values I will find myself trap when it comes to making decisions in my career

These values are a reflection of my own. Although, they are a challenge to fulfill and do cause conflict within my own decisions. For example, if I open myself up to trust a person, then I become vulnerable to them not fulfilling my expectations of what trust means to me. The activity did reflect my interests in a couple of ways. For instance, I enjoy the genre of drama and working with others to complete tasks, so this activity helped fulfill both of those interests. Working in groups allows me to gain another perspective on a topic that I did not consider myself. For example, current tv show “Feud Betty and Joan” on the FX channel covers the disdain Joan Crawford had for Betty Davis while filming Baby Jane. In one scene the director of a movie assistant who is female approaches Ms. Crawford with a script she has written specifically for her, and the assistant would be the director of the movie. Now in the 1960s, it was not common for women to direct movies, and Joan declined the offer. This hurts the assistant and she began to cry, the assistant thought she was turned down because of her gender, but Joan explained it is for the reason that you are a nobody. Ms. Crawford exposed a different perception that I was not even
