Companies find opportunities in product innovation by providing new products and services to customers. This keeps current customers interested in doing business with the company and has the potential to attract new customers. Sometimes this is done by creating new products, greatly changing an existing product or by just changing the way the current product is presented. Another form of product innovation is branding. By creating a more positive brand image a company can keep the interest of consumers.
3.3 It is vital you identify any immediate risks to the individual to ensure they are 100% safe and can be moved completely safely. For example if the sling for the hoist has a loop that is used to keep them positioned correctly and safely and the loop has ripped then that sling MUST NOT be used. You would identify this risk immediately when ensuring everything is hazard free before starting the moving, handling and positioning.

In any organization effective communication forms an essential part of the organization’s growth and progress. However, it has been seen that this is not always the case. This istrue in today’s globalized world when one has employees coming from different ethnic, cultural and religious backgrounds working together. If the reasons for communication failure are examined it has been found that they fall in four distinct categories. These are:
1. Ernestine Friedl says that the position of women is higher the more they are involved in (l) primary subsistence (as owners or controllers, NOT merely as laborers) and (2) the PUBLIC distribution of the product of subsistence. Use this argument to account for the position of women in Kung society. Make sure you use both part (l) and part (2) of Friedl’s argument. (Don’t worry that Friedl’s argument is simplistic; she is not trying to say that women’s role in subsistence is the ONLY factor that affects their position in society.)
Remaining calm, ensuring safety of all involved, assessing situation, providing assistance/ administering first aid as required and within limits of training, requesting professional support as required and informing them of situation,
Asthma affects people of all ages, but it most often starts during childhood. Asthma is a chronic lung disease that inflames and narrows the airways, which are tubes that carry air into and out of your lungs allowing one to take in oxygen and breathe out carbon dioxide. The swelling also can worsen, making the airways even narrower and the ability to breathe more difficult. Sometimes asthma symptoms are mild and go away on their own or after minimal treatment with asthma medicine, but other times symptoms continue to get worse. When symptoms get more intense and more symptoms occur, you 're having what is commonly known as an asthma attack. During an asthma attack you are in complete panic and the swelling in your airways reaches a point where it is no possible to take air into the lungs. If action is not taken to reduce the swelling of the airways in order to restore breathing, someone could die of asphyxiation, or the lack of oxygen. The number of people being diagnosed with asthma is on the rise, especially in the rates of children developing symptoms of asthma at a young age.
Did you know that Asthmatic attacks can be triggered by allergens, exercise, smoke, pollution, and airway infections?Asthma is when the airways inflame and narrow. Asthma is a respiratory condition marked by spasms in the bronchi of the lungs, causing difficulty in breathing. It usually results from an allergic reaction or other forms of hypersensitivity. This respiratory diseases can be found in children and adults of any age , but they both do have differences in the ways that it could affect the human body.Asthma attacks can appear in adults but usually starts during one's childhood. Asthma is one of the most common respiratory problem that can be controlled with different medications , for example shots can be given, inhalers etc. Asthma attack can happen often to a person but there are also solutions that can calm the attacks but, not every asthma patient can react to the same medications.
