Introduction:

Males and females have differences in their reproductive structures but still, share some similar characteristics. Males and females have primary sex organs as gonads. Male and female gametes are produced from the gonads.

Explanation of Solution

Puberty may be defined as the stage at which male and female reproductive system becomes functional. Secondary sexual characters start developing at the time of puberty. Enlargement of the breast in females, penis enlargement in males and pubic hair growth are some of the changes are noticed at the time of puberty.
