executing, monitoring, and controlling project work and discuss the strategies used to
effectively manage these issues.
(9) Critically assess and comment on the success of the project from the following
viewpoints:
a. Level or degree of alignment of end results and outcomes to the organization’s
strategic goals.
b. Level of success in the management of the triple constraints of time, cost, and
scope.
c. Level or degree of customer/user satisfaction of results and outcomes
d. Value created for the organization.
(10) Explain the processes and/or activities that the project team used to deliver a
quality service, result, or product to the sponsor, customers, and users.
