I am trying to come up with statistical evidence why one street location out of three different locations is the most profitable from data gathered. Data consists of Income and Expenses for the 3 different locations (totaling 6 [10x1] arrays). I know profit is Income minus Expenses. How should I order this data to create a regression model that can predict the most profitable location? I am using Matlab. Thank you.
