John Randolph (1773–1833)

Randolph, John. An American statesman; born at Cawsons, VA, June 2, 1773; died at Philadelphia, June 24, 1833. His response to Patrick Henry is famous. His ‘Letters to a Young Relative’ were published in 1834.
