Why I Should Be Chosen As A Staff Member

Why should we choose you and not someone else? Trick question because I don't like to stand out but my voice hasn't broken yet so I sound like a squeriel so.. That kinda makes me stand out. You guy's should pick me because I of course have some experience with being staff, I am aware in what is going in certain situations I do know how to make the people I am helping happy, I don't like to be rude to anyone because that is really not a good rep on me and the server so I don't want to do that. I do joke around a lot but I don't mean anything personal towards anyone. I kinda really want to just have fun on the server and not be strict towards anyone, I just make sure to follow my rules and make sure they are following the rules that were given to them. I probably would stand out more than other's because I do like to interact with players in chat rather in msg's because being staff I know how hard messaging would be because of the amount of people msging me at once. I solve people issues A.S.A.P I would be in the teamspeak daily because of the reason being I love helping people that have problems and are awaiting in the teamspeak "staff support waiting room" I like to handle those people, and while I am helping those people listing to what they have to say I am resolving there issue and others. Some people would say that I do not deserve to be staff, and others might say that I do deserve to be apart of the staff team. If I am going to be completely honest I do not think that I am very different from "The crowd". I want to help the server by become staff and helping players, banning hackers and doing anything that a player needs (If they have a good reason for me to do it). If you want to choose someone else that isn't my choice it is all up to you, but I believe I would be a good pick. Why I should be accepted however is that I am nice to players and will help them with their problems, ban hackers and overall be a positive player toward people. I never start another task without finishing the other to the best of my ability. I work hard in everything I do. I strive to be the best person I can be, improving myself in my academic and school life, social life, sports life, and gaming life. I am also very good at adjusting to somebody's skill level. If someone needs help with a math problem, I can help them. If someone needs help teleporting to their base, or their rank or item hasn't registered yet, I can assist them. If someone is new to the server, I can help welcome them in the hub, and give them guidance on their way to becoming a legend on the server, or even if they are only looking through servers and I help them, and if they enjoy their experience, they can tell their friends, and you can have a new twenty to thirty players. First impressions are very important to me. When I joined the server a player was being racist to me through /m, and bluejeanstogo helped me by warning the player or some other form of "scolding" or punishment, and I knew that this was the server for me. I can contribute my great work ethic, sincere kindness, and willingness to help all players of our community. My integrity is outstanding, in my personal opinion. When I say something, I genuinely mean what I say and can be taken by my word. Complete honesty is an important quality to an ideal staff member. My morals have never been questioned, and have always been for the best. This would eliminate any spec of doubt staff may have about me. The sense of responsibility I poses would assure staff that I would put my all in the position as staff. The standards and expectations of staff will be met full, if I am given the opportunity. I am a hard working person and I would love to see the server improve, I would like to get rid of the hackers and the spammers and all the people who break the rules in general. Further more I can guarantee you I will always be there to help. I am very active so I could help out anyone on any gamemode if anyone needs technical help I could tell the developer about it or if its an in-game hacker/spammer or anything I could help out right there and then I would help them then. I speak primarily English, and a little bit of Spanish. I grew up in an English speak household; thus, I naturally learned English. In high school, I took three years of Spanish. My third year was an honors class, and I was a part of the National Spanish Honor Society.

What languages do you speak fluently?: I can speak only English fluently. I am currently working on trying to speak fluent Spanish, but that is getting nowhere.

I think that I should be chosen over other applicants, because I have experience in moderating a server and just helping people. I also know how to screenshare and I have screenshared many people professionaly and I can even find really good hidden ghost clients. Another positive aspect about me is that for example when a higher staff member tells me to do something I dont stop concentrating on that task until it's done. Also I am really good at working in a team, I'm in a soccerclub which really helped me getting better at working together with other people. There are quite a few reasons on why I want to become staff on Spunky. One of the reasons is because of the Teamspeak support. I've noticed that not many people get moved quickly when they need support and I can be their to help them. I want them to click that x button with a smile on their faces because they got the support they needed. I am not very familiar with it, I have only heard of it. Although, I can put time in working on learning Slack and the knowledge needed to operate it at an advanced level.

Well, in my opinion I am a very optimistic person, when I am faced with a problem I think around it and solve it. I don 't sit and whine, but in the occasions of when the problem is too big for me I will contact a higher and more influential person. When I feel as if I have not finished a certain task set to me to my higher potential, I scrap the old and try again until the new is the best it could ever be. I don 't think I 'm a perfect person, but I can bring a sense of friendliness and closure to the community. I believe I have the traits of an honest and friendly staff member.
