Therefore, Cycloplatform have the potential to seek a standard patent to reap the benefits of a twenty-year monopoly despite the process being long, complicated and costly. However, if Cycloplatform is pushing for an earlier launch of the bike sharing service and given the low levels of capital an innovation patent would suffice as they are cheaper and much quicker to process. Even with an eight-year monopoly Cyclopatform could still have sufficient time to establish itself as a major player in the bike sharing industry. The innovation patent is also advisable if long term prospects of bike sharing is rather vague and subject to consumer demand as potentially the business could close before the standard patent expires. Ultimately, it depends on the amount Cycloplatform has invested into research and development, Cycloplatform’s confidence in its future prospects, current short-term strategies and capital adequacy levels which would direct which patent the company would applied for but an innovation patent is recommended. Furthermore, a patent established a strong proprietary position could help attract investors who would provide capital to assist in inventory setup costs, marketing and distribution and other expenses. In addition, a patent would attract recognition in the

I guess what makes me worthy is my genuine kindness:p. Yes I enforce the rules but I always tend to keep in nice and friendly. But answering this question is very difficult not knowing if your worthy enough to become staff. I measure my worth from the feedback I receive from the players. When I take action and receive positive feedback, I believe I am worthy. But not having the chance to receive any feedback has stumbled me upon this application. (Meaning, I have to get accepted to prove my

Since $R_I(S_I^*) \ge T_H^*$, according to Equation (\ref{Equ: DefTi}), we have: $T_I^* = \mu_I T_H^* +(1-\mu_I) R_I(S_I^*)$. After plugging $T_I^*$ in the above inequality, it follows that:

Collecting data and analyzing employee activity to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) is used to forecast an expected array for all monitored work assignments. Organizational development requires improving what the organization knows about employee performance. The statistics helps to determine whether efficiency processes that are impacting to the workload are effective. Monitoring call average handling times (AHT) per call and customer ratings can increase both productivity and quality (Levenson, 2014, p. 23). When analyzing KPIs, organizations can use the process statistics to determine or observe processes that helps to drive exceptional customer experiences by providing guidance and feedback regarding all elements of the customer
The TLE GADOE (2016) states that the Individual Assessment of Number (IKAN) helps to identify student’s basic number knowledge. In contrast, the Global Strategy Stage Assessment (GloSS) assesses a student’s capability to use math strategies and identifies the mental processes students use to answers and solve operational problems with numbers (TLE GADOE, 2016). The assessments consist of a series of interview strategy and number questions which should be administered to individual students which is administered at least three times a year. The students are then assigned an overall Strategy Stage based on their responses to the questions in the interview (TLE GADOE, 2016). The series of questions increase in
It is the teacher’s responsibility to control teasing and bullying in the classroom. It is really important to acknowledge that bullying is a serious issue within schools and most importantly is done behind the adults back so it is very hard for teachers to completely stop. According to a former teacher Anne Obrien “approximately 32 percent of students report being bullied at school. As a future teacher I most importantly want to provide my students with a safe and nurturing environment where they will be able to feel comfortable to talk to me about anything and they will get along with all of their former classmates. Patents are government-granted, temporary rights to exclude, awarded in return for an individual’s disclosure of a new useful invention. Patents are granted by the USPTO and last for nonrenewable term of 20 years (Ferrera et al, 2012). Patents grant exclusive rights to exclude others from engaging in making, using, selling of patent products (O 'reilly, 2007). Online businesses must be aware of other’s patent rights even if they do not copy other companies’ business methods or technologies. XYZ Technologies must perform adequate research before developing and promoting any new software products. Business may search both issued patents and published application at the USPTO website as well as via Google’s patent search tool (Ferrera et al., 2012).
According to World Intellectual Property Organisation, patent is an exclusive right granted for an invention, which is a product or a process that provides a new way of doing something, or offers a new technical solution to a problem. The invention potentially owned an economical value, and the patent granted was limited to twenty years to make, use and sell the patented invention. As a pay back, the owner of the patent must publish the technical information about the invention to the public.
Patent law provides the strongest monopoly rights of the intellectual property (formally known as IP) system (Kratz, 2010). Patents may be thought of as a statutory monopoly right granted to an individual for their specific invention (Kratz, 2010). Two observations about the patent system may be made clear; it is often times thought of as a race, and inventions are built on the work of others (Kratz, 2010). The idea of patenting is a largely controversial debate within the realm of research; as any dispute, there are both pros and cons to each side. This paper will first look at both sides of the argument regarding the patent system; however, by the end it will be made clear that the negatives outweigh the positives of the patent system.
Intellectual properties are a necessity in the world of entrepreneurs. Although more than 25 percent of small businesses do not want to expand, a new entrepreneur in the market would likely consider a patent to
