From personal experiences I've noticed similarities and differences between two restaurants I occasionally visit. When comparing Subway and Eegee's the most distinct similarity is both locations serve sub sandwiches. As far as location, you can find a Subway restaurant anywhere in the United States whereas you can only find Eegee's here in Tucson, Arizona. Eegee's serves fresh french fries, while Subway offers a variety of bags of chips. A clear-cut difference is Eegee’s is known for their fruit filled frozen drinks. Subway restaurants can be found in many different states. If you wanted to enjoy anything from Eegee’s you would have to come to Tucson, Arizona. Subway and Eegee’s are also different because of the way you can order your food. I have yet to come across a Subway restaurant with a …show more content…
Every month there is a “Flavor of the month” (This month is Scary Berry.). In contrast Eegee's has different types of fries that are served. Such as ranch fries, chili cheese fries and pizza fries. Subway does not offer fries on their menu.
Both restaurants are popular at lunch time, because of their great sub sandwiches. As well as quick, friendly service. Subway is also similar to Eegee's because you can dine-in both restaurants. Upon request Eegee's & Subway will cater their sandwiches. Desserts at both franchises are cookies. Cold or warm sub is an option as well. Another similarity is their main color is green.
At the end of the day their differences are what make them both wonderful, delicious restaurants. You can enjoy the fast on the go services relax in the lobby or on the outside patio and enjoy your meal. Similarities and difference is the beauty in the all different restaurants. But between Eegee's and Subway they are very similar yet different from one another. If you have visited Arizona, you would be able to say both chains could be family
Starbucks- Has a huge following due to its culture and atmosphere. It offers customized drinks and a place to socialize, however its frozen treats options are very limited.
They both share identical sandwiches, some only with a small differences. However, from experience my food from McAlister’s has tasted better off the bat. My sandwiches are always warm with soft toasted bread at McAlister’s Deli. While my sandwiches from Jason’s Deli have been a bit cold. My soups have been served to me a bit cold as well at Jason’s Deli. Although it does not take a big effort to return the plate, I would rather have it made properly the first time around. Let us not forget about McAlister’s flavored tea and fountain drinks, although Jason’s Deli also offer these options, they do not have a variety of flavors as McAlister’s does. From peach, strawberry, mango, and even key lime pie flavoring, the combinations are endless. Not only can you flavor tea to your choice, you can also flavor
These two brands are similar in that they provide subs as an alternative to fast food. The differences are numerous. Jimmy Johns’ calorie count on the subs can be significantly higher than those of Subway, but Jimmy John’s does not try to compete in this category. Jimmy John’s focuses on the quickness on their ordering and delivery process, where Subway focuses on the customizable, nutritious array of options to provide a quick fresh meal for their customer. The Subway brand can also be found all over the world, Jimmy John’s is strictly a North American
Starbucks Corporation has a very similar niche to that of Panera Bread Company. However, Starbucks concentrates only on the beverage side of the café. Panera Bread also sells coffees and cappuccinos as Starbucks does, but it has a wider variety of products to sell. Starbucks and Panera are considered to be competitors because they both have a café environment.
As the franchisee is using Subway’s operations systems and relies on Subway to take care of the promotion, a great deal of control is in the hands of Subway (Alon, I., Alpeza, M., Erceg, A., 2007). In rough terms, it is Subway’s way or the highway, meaning that a franchisee only has limited influence on strategic matters. Franchisee have to follow a long list of guidelines, and they have to follow them exactly as instructed. The restrictions limit included advertising method, amount charge for the products they sell, and how much of an ingredient should put
On the other hand one has to keep their store clean and well organised. Thus, it affects the various areas of marketing such as advertisement, better quality of service and customer satisfaction. Meanwhile as it’s a franchise company, their franchisees must have to work hard to make improvements regarding their food and services. Both White Castle and McDonald’s have a long history of providing fast, cheap, and convenient fast-food. Both companies had started with one store, and then expanded into a franchise. To stay competitive they created new and innovative ways to create new customers and keep most of their value loyal customers. In comparison there were several differences and some similarities to each business. Both provide similar customer benefit package, both target on the go, and budget conscious customers, both have viable locations. The servicescape of each store is very different for each. The service encounter was also very different. The process and design of both facilities was similar, which does not leave room for custom orders. The facility
Our second amendment clearly states, “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed,” (amendment). But, what does that mean today? How does one start to form a way to relegated gun control when it clearly states in the Bill of Rights we have the right to bear arms? Does, the idea of every citizen of America have the right to bear arms without any control? The point of gun control is to protect the next generation of American citizens from ever having to worry about their safety. When the Bill of Rights was written down, the Founding Fathers were trying to create a better society where there was no King and people had greater freedom. For my research project I am going to focus on what people know about gun control and their point of views on how to better regulate gun control.
Quiznos’s biggest threat is that it competes with Subway’s $5 foot long, Subway is successful due to how it advertises itself also.(QSRweb, n.d) Quiznos competitive advantage is that it has way more variety, from the sizes of their subs, to various different options and way zestier ingredients. As far as market share they are a competitor in the fast food market. Their market share is very small compared to Subway. Quiznos saw a fall in market share of over 50% which was from 5,000 to now only 2,100 stores. (QSRweb, n.d) Quiznos is now behind Subway the leader and Jimmy Johns at second. Subway has over 40,000 stores globally so there is no comparison. (QSRweb, n.d) Quiznos did not only struggle with Subway as far as pricing globally but also with the Jared campaign of 2000 that focused on healthier foods pleasing the average consumer who are health conscious.
There are a few main differences between McDonald’s frappé and Starbucks frappé McDonald’s offers a select few flavors at a reasonable price, but Starbucks has the same flavors for nearly double the cost. If a person wants to go the cheap yet effective route then McDonald’s is the place for them. It is clear to see that the best component is Starbucks because they have a wide variety of flavors and offer the customer a chance to customize their own

With my mother’s love for soul food combined with my father’s business acumen they created soul food express. So food express opened its doors in 2012 and remained open to the end of 2014. There are multiple reasons for their closure, none were business-related. But with the outside entities no longer interfering and a new location soul food express looks forward to serving the greater Greene County area in upstate New York by the summer of 2017. 9. Wendy’s target lines are different from their competitors, for example “Eat Great, Even Late” and “Quality is our Recipe”. Wendy’s approach is quality of their products, and they aim to promote the long term experience that one receives. Whereas Burger King, “Have it Your Way” and “"Aren 't You Hungry?”, and McDonald’s, “We love to see you smile” and “We do it for you” , these focus on the short term experience and not quality.
