Student Council Research Paper

The only extracurricular activity I am a part of as of now, is Key club. I am an active member and commit approximately 20 hours of community service a semester. In Middle School I was a part of NJHS, Student Congress, and WEB (middle school equivalent to Link Crew). Within the next year, I plan on joining NHS as well as Link Crew.

I think I should be in the Junior Honor Society. I have met the requirements to receive this opportunity. I would not let this opportunity to waste. I care for the community and do what ever service to help it out. I help do services for the library when they need it. For example on March 10,2017, I helped make capes for sick kids and then gave them happy birthday cards for the birthday kids. I help out my community by helping people shovel their driveway. Like some of my neighbors can't do it so I ask if I can do it for them for free. I look out for people to make sure they are ok. I am a captain of a football team because of my great leadership skills that can be useful. I put effort and time into my work. Around the house I am a role model

I’m an active participant in many extracurricular activities at New Brockton High School. Varsity sports, academic clubs, and leadership organizations, if you can name it, I’ve probably participated. I’m currently a varsity volleyball captain as well as the secretary for our Senior Beta Club, Vice-President for our FFA chapter, and not to mention represented New Brockton High School as a national youth delegate

As I worked my way through middle school, I would have never imagined that I would be as involved as I am today. From academic clubs like Science Olympiad and Robotics to service clubs like National Honor Society, Student Council and Key Club, my involvement in extracurriculars has been a positive challenge in a variety of ways. Key club in particular has pushed me to improve my community, expand my social life and prepare me for my future after high school.

Unit 10 was a closure for the previous four units in the process of inventing Canada. This unit based on the earliest resources on Canadian history and on the first nations whom lived in this country. This resources were about pre-Cartier and his explorations. Some nations, for example the people who lived in St. Lawrence valley – whom did not have a specific name to be called at- and historians still lacking enough evidence on their existence or what happened with them. These people who are identified as St. Lawrence Iroquoians were lived in the contact area which means the conquerors reached them first. The Iroquoians were exposed to all the dangers Europeans carried into the native lands, different types of diseases they were not immune

My variety of well rounded activities underscore my personality and character. Choir, musical acting, cross country, track and field, chess club, National Honor Society (NHS), and Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA). I participate in cross country and track and field not only because I like running, but also because it builds character. It creates a noticeable difference between those who are disciplined, and those who aren’t, between who works hard, and who decides to slack, and between the leaders and the followers. Every day I commit myself to being disciplined, working hard, and leading the team. Though cross country and track are the largest extracurricular activities I am involved in, choir, NHS, and FCA fall close behind. Choir allows me to create beautiful music, not just listen to the songs on the radio, and also allows me to fall in love with the chords, the notes, and the rhythms that are composed within it. NHS pushes me to keep using my intelligence to the best of my abilities, and when partnered with discipline, elevates my grades. FCA allows me to lead and show others that I am a believer in God, for He is the center of my life. Your senior year was a wild, crazy mess. You started off the year not wanting to go to school to see Karson because you couldn’t handle it. You even left school some days when he would show up. You let your dumb self try again with Karson and it failed. You got hurt, and even cried.... A lot. You meet the love of your life, Kyle, and still talk to him even though you guys aren’t together right now. You both hope to reconnect after you finish your second year of college. Keep talking to him, don’t let him get away from you. You have had it tough this year, but by the end of the year you didn’t let anything affect you. Your grades were A’s and B’s all year. You made some amazing new friends like, Chandler, Clayton Ecker, Collin and more boys

Throughout high school, getting involved was easy. Joining clubs and running for leadership positions was not intimidating, because I was comfortable with my surroundings. Playing in and attending varsity athletic events make up some of my fondest memories. Beyond extracurriculars, I was able to navigate high school with the same close group of friends. No matter what the occasion, there were always familiar faces surrounding me.

Throughout high school, I have been involved in a variety of activities, including soccer, the academic team, student council, and Foreign Language Club, all while balancing my part-time job at Colton’s Steakhouse

Students tend to have a have a larger workload year after year during their high school career. Depending on what classes a student takes, he or she might have a large amount of homework to tend to. That plus the responsibilities outside of the school environment may result in students having to pull many all-nighters. Having experienced this myself, my aim is to offer an easier way to manage the homework load in high school.

I am a student who has a passion for helping others. I have been a part of a couple of clubs and organizations in and out of school which focus on helping out the community. There is one in which I have been involved in for four years. I started of as a club member and in the beginning of my third year I was chosen to be the president. Through this club I have had the opportunity to lead a group of students through a pathway of success. I have been able to encourage members to pursue a higher education, and help out their community. We have all been able to work together in several occasions. I have been able to get them to participate in soup kitchens, concession stands during football games, and helping out in the elderly home. Last year our club was able to collaborate with the autism club, and together we helped create a garden.

When I began high school, I started off thinking that extracurricular activities such as student government were a waste of my time. As I continued to attend Walden III I saw myself growing as a person, and began to take an active interest in

When in high school, not only is it important to keep up with work and strive for good grades, it is also important to find an extracurricular activity to enjoy as well. For me, that activity is Latin Club (also known as the Junior Classical League). Being a member of this club has given me the opportunity to involve myself with different people as well embrace the leader inside of me.

During the past three years at Northshore High School, I have had the opportunity to engage in my interests by taking part in extracurricular activities. Freshman year, I was involved in Band and Frisbee club. During my second year at Northshore, I was involved in Band. This past year, I participated in Band—in which I was a section leader—, Key Club, and Robotics. For my senior year, I plan on being a part of Band, Key Club, Robotics, and Ambassadors.

With the increase in enrolments and the size of the overall student population; students began to become familiar with and develop close association with the peers with whom they enrolled.
