I will use the Resources, Capability and Core Competences (RC&C) model and Value Chain Analysis (VCA) to analyse and determine the competitive advantage and strategy competitiveness of South Beauty Group.

A firm has a competitive advantage when it implements a strategy competitors are unable to duplicate or find too costly to imitate (Ireland, Hoskisson and Hitt, 2011, p. 4).

Strategic competitiveness is achieved when a firm successfully formulates and implements a value-creating strategy (Ireland, Hoskisson and Hitt, 2011, p. 4).
