If an ambulance is to achieve and work capably, lateness should not be put up with and sometimes if the ambulance was to arrive late at a certain house they could officially put a person’s life at risk. Pride of appearances - In public services, first impression is vital as an employee so that the judgements made can be positive. Uniform is a key area where you can take pride in your appearance. For example, when you enter your interview, you want your first impression to be positive not negative so you would wear a suit or something else formal. You want this because if it was negative then the judgements made might carry on throughout your interview as this might affect you your job and you might not be successful. In the ambulance it may also affect the public because of the way you dress, if you dressed informal or wore unsuitable clothes to an emergency mission the people would have a negative effect on you. Behaviour - If your behaviour is inappropriate, the public might have a wrong impression towards you, they may feel the service they receive is not professional and they have been let down by the public services. For example, inappropriate behaviour would not be suitable, for example, in the ambulance service; if your attitude was awful towards patients and they had been in an accident, it wouldn’t very much if your attitude wasn’t correct. It would make them panic even more. Discipline - This is important in a
If a company has an employee with a laid back attitude, sticking him or her in a uniform or "professional" attire isn't going to change that person's attitude solely because they look more “appropriately dressed.” The article states, “if employees don't look professional, then how can customers trust them to actually be professional?” I believe if you are unprofessional, give poor customer service, and lack focus, it is not because of what you are wearing. It is because who you are. Despite the fact that many esteemed positions require formal uniforms such as doctors and police officers, this is mainly due to needing to be identifiable in their field. There are many circumstances where a doctor or police officer have been unprofessional or lazy, while in their highly regarded

The purpose of identifying the population is to observe that EMS professionals are required to have a good kind of leadership to take better and effective control of financial matters of EMS organization so that EMS organization could be able to achieve the mission of handling emergency care(Sandelowski, 1995).
The basics of administrative responsibilities involved several significant standards 1) Responsiveness- how rapidly an organization /agency responds to variations. The degree of responsiveness mandated the awareness of focus groups, surveys, and soliciting information about public gatherings 2) Fairness - safeguarded from the denial of life, liberty or property by the government. Flexibility – the capability to adapt to unanticipated circumstances 3) Honesty- lack of deceitfulness. People working together in an occupation have the propensity to trust one another because they shadow similar ethical beliefs. By contrast, people that do not trust others eventually collaborated with a system of formal rules 4) Corruption implicated the abuse of

Paramedic’s are important people because they are the ones that give medical care while away from the hospital. The need for paramedic’s started back in the 1970s. In a report said in 1965 more people were dying in accidents than in the Korean War. After President Richard Nixon reviewed the effect of of having pre-hospital medical care would help save lives in the event of an accident with needed medical care.
In my personal opinion paramedics are very important to society today. People’s lives depend on quick and immediate care of EMTs and paramedics (Ch. 15 PowerPoint, slide 3). Paramedics are called out to a range of different incidents. It could be someone who has fallen from scaffolding or an elderly person with a suspected stroke (Paramedic).

Recent data support that ambulance diversion does not work to ease ED overcrowding and may result in the worsening of patient care. Studies have shown that ambulance diversion can lead to delays for patients to obtain definitive medical care with increased field time and transport time and distances2,3 and can result in adverse outcomes including death. Diversion increases traffic accident risks, and may malposition EMS resources. Additionally, some patients may require specialty resources only available at the requested hospital and may not be able to receive at an alternate destination.

Ambulances are vehicles used for transporting a person who requires medical attention. The service of an ambulance can be to transport a person in case of an emergency to the nearest hospital or to transfer a sick or injured person between medical care institutions. Routine check-ups for patients who need to be transferred between hospitals can be done using an ambulance. They can also provide basic medical care to an injured person in case of an emergency to ensure that the person is able to cope with the pain or injuries until proper medical care from a hospital or emergency medical service is provided. Most people around the world are familiar with the concept of an ambulance and the services they provide. In most countries, ambulances are given priority on the road as, during an emergency, time is a crucial factor between life and death. The ambulance is able to portray an emergency to vehicles on the road through its use of sirens and emergency lights.
