People always consider corporations as same as human, so if humans can be psychopath, then the corporations can also be psychopath. The 6 characteristics of the psychopath that applies to the corporations are callous unconcern for the feeling for others, incapacity to maintain enduring relationships, reckless disregard for the safety of others, deceitfulness repeated lying and conning others for profit, incapability to experience guilt, and failure to conform to social norms with respect to lawful behaviors (Jurkiewicz, 2012). Also, in the film, an economist said, “the corporation is a artificial and legal structure, but the people who are engaged in (stakeholders, employees, executives) have more responsibilities”.

An example in the film is that when people walk out of the building and see many boxes out there from certain retail companies, they may start thinking that why people order stuff from the same company. Maybe this person will go online and find out which company is and start ordering products from the company. However, the truth is that the company actually paid the money to place these boxes outside of the building to promote the brand. Moreover, the Royal Shell Company convinced people that they would change the negative influences for the environment that caused by the company. However, in Nigeria, a huge amount of gas makes one of the worlds single worse sources of pollution and the activists are hanged for protesting the environmental impacts in the Niger delta. The company continues to hide the key data and try to avoid the independent monitoring (Vidal, 2010).
Incapability to experience guilt. People are greedy in the corporations, and their desires to make money are unpredictable. Profits are so much higher in their minds. The corporate spy said he did not feel any guilt when he lied to people and he said they are predators. In the interview he also said the reason he did not feel any guilt because the shareholders’ attitude. It is does not matter whether the CEO is a good person or not, the main point is how the CEO can help these shareholders make money in their
