I wanted to share with you the results from Mr. X’s last cognitive exam. The information detailed within may suggest further accommodations or steps concerning Mr. X’s ability to learn, especially in areas regarding retention, comprehension, attention and memory.
Compared to her scores last year, Mr. X, as shown in her cognitive exam, is demonstrating difficulty that has vastly affected her ability to participate in courses.
Additionally, there is concern that Mr. X’s current 504 is not being followed or taken seriously. Certain situations have arisen, especially within her teaching construct that have made both the student and family feel as if Mr. X’s injury is “not real.” As such, a great deal of energy is expended by both the family and Mr. Xin the constant persuasion of Mr. X’s condition. As a result, Mr. X often will hide her symptoms or not ask to receive care during school hours because she doesn’t want her teaching team think poorly of her.
In addition to the

5. That her teachers understand Brain Injury

Please let us know what your availability is to meet and discuss the best plan to assure Mr. X’s academic success. The cognitive exam has been included for your personal
Evaluation as an end in itself is a very different process from counseling. Why would a counselor want to be an evaluator?
I had all of the diagnosis. The only thing that I did not have was increasing the medication from 10mg to 20mg. I just decided to go up to 15mg. AAP guidelines state that all criterial of DSM-IV are met and all other causes are ruled out. Information should be collected from parents, teachers and possibly other mental health professionals. If the patient has multiple teachers, then at least 2 teachers should fill out paper work. Evaluation should include possible coexisting conditions. These conditions include anxiety, depressive disorders, tics, and sleep disturbances. This is a chronic condition and patients should receive behavior therapy with medication administration (Hauk, 2013). I would ask about any sleep issues. He could be suffering from insomnia.
I found the central tendencies, the 5-point summary and the standard deviation of both of my variables; including for the variable that has data for 2 years. Interestingly, the variables had some common results. However, there were more differences then similarities, as each calculation had a variety of results. For example, variable X I calculated both years (1990 and 2012) and I knew already that each country had major differences between the two, but I think that affected the results in each step (the central tendencies, the 5-point summary and the standard deviation). It is noticeable to see how the mean and median in 1990 is lower than the mean in 2012, and this carried out through the rest of the next calculations. Comparing these findings to variable Y, I see that there is a tremendous
To identify, a project idea based on my work and personal life will involve motivating my sister in having a healthier diet. By way of example, I will encourage her in eating more fruits and vegetables to strengthen her immune system and lower her blood pressure. Additionally, motivating her to a healthier eating habit will not only help her wellbeing but strength my abilities as a care provider. Considering that, her diet now consists of high sodium foods such as ramen noodles and fast food, she has been more restless and stressed. Henceforth, this project will build her health and offer her the opportunity to feel more energized, lower blood pressure, and even having more strength to practice walking with her leg braces versus her wheelchair.
Following up on my last field journal, I have successfully terminated the relationships with my clients at the agency. As I anticipated, I did not have any issues during this process. I am both surprised and not at the same time at the range of emotions I feel about leaving and terminating. I am truly a bit sad that I will not be working with my long-term clients anymore. Overall, I am mostly excited to have some time off and develop professionally in other ways.
Upon doing more research I found a website that names and explains 6 different types of motivation.
1. He ___________________ a professional musician. He plays the violin so badly. 2. He _________________ lots of money.
Watch the T.O.R.C.H. video series. Describe what each letter (T, O, R, C, H) means:
Please complete these process notes as soon as possible after your session. Answer as honestly as possible. Give the completed form to your supervisor, so that you can discuss your reactions to the session.
The episode starting with Sam hallucinating that he was in bed with Toni. I believe that Sam would rather endure both his feet being burned then lose control of his mind. When he became lucid you could feel his pain and humiliation at giving Toni any answers. Sam looked so relieved to see Dean alive his entire demeanor changed. When Mary appeared you could see Sam’s surprise and wonder.
I believe that my product was a success and would make a difference in the cold weather in the winter. This product may be able to save lives or at least will save them from the cold. This problem relates to my problem statement because there are so many people out there that have no homes and if I could replicate my product a hundred times this problem would just about be fixed but I don't have enough money to do that.
This study includes the results from the three participants, Mathew, Mark and Luke. The figures will be represented by the X- axis, which will show the sessions, and the Y-axis, which will display the number of times the participant engaged in the vocal stereotypy during the sessions. All data from the IOA agreement was calculated for 25% of each participant and will be included within the recoding. The ESE teacher was the second observer and was trained in all aspects of the study to assist with procedural fidelity. Social validity was taken into consideration by the results rendered from the parent’s observation and recordings.
After learning more about the Pygmalion effect, it typically discusses how individuals often children or students may turn to live up to what’s expected of them, in which they perform better when someone sets high expectations for them. The Pygmalion effect was also called the Rosenthal effect based on the classic experiment by Rosenthal and Jacobson. During their experiment during the beginning of the school year, Rosenthal and Jacobson told the teachers that this test was to predict which students would bloom intellectually during the academic year. Both Rosenthal and Jacobson deceived the other teachers by telling them that the most intellect students have been tested by a new methodology which determines
I was working late, which is usual since I work at an outdoor theater. The show had just ended and the crew was changing the set over for the show being performed the next day. I was asked to run up to one of the storage containers and find some props from the previous year for another theater asking to borrow it. The lights only reach the larger, main room. I searched that area first. I went around the row of cars and 4 wheelers, but the box wasn’t there. The other side of the room had all of the Christmas decorations and a horse carriage, but I was unable to find the box I was looking for there either. The only place left to look was a small area in the back sectioned off by a boards nailed up into a makeshift room. A little light spilled through the door, but racks of costumes at the entrance absorbed all of the light. After fighting my way through the dusty clothes, I found myself in dark too thick to make out the boxes in front of me. The Wnad-Lighting Charm was perfect for my situation. I moved my wand in a single loop while saying “Lumos.” A soft yellow light was emanating from the wand. It wasn’t very bright, but it was sufficient enough to read the labels on the boxes by. After a few minutes, I found the box I was looking for. I pulled out my leatherman and used the blade to cut the tape on the top of the box. On the top was the prop I was looking for. I pulled out the “magic” flowers and the remote that caused the blooms to open then made my way back to
Which lends to another reason that I can relate to the statement I just presented, in that I’m a kind of person who tends to keep the words of certain emotions I give off to others just by them personally knowing me, and what I can thinking of just by looking at me, but also one that gives to others without them asking for anything in return. For example, I would be the kind of person who would give someone a gift of some sort that would cost a bit of money, and that when it comes to a time when they’re about to return the favor, I would tell them that they wouldn’t have to do so. Another situation that can be somewhat similar to the one previously mentioned is that when it comes to things that have multiple things, such as a bottle of soda,
