It should also discuss how intended beneficiaries have been involved in project design, and their expected role in project implementation and evaluation.
D. Implementing agent management of project
This section should describe: • who will be responsible for planning and management of project operations as well as the roles of other bodies and organizations associated with the project • what arrangements will be established to ensure that there will be effective coordination with other relevant programmes and activities.
The section should also discuss whether project operations are expected to continue, or expand to other areas or sectors, once the current phase of assistance is completed. This could include plans for introducing self-financing provisions to ensure continued viability of operations on project completion.
IV. PROJECT MONITORING AND EVALUATION This section should discuss proposed mechanisms and procedures for monitoring of project operations to ensure that activities occur as planned, that they remain directed towards stated objectives, and that appropriate corrective action is taken if required.
Specifically the discussion should indicate who will be responsible for preparing periodic project progress and final technical reports and for the accounting of expenditures made from the Voluntary Fund. All projects need to be evaluated on

The strategic plan document should indicate who is responsible for the overall implementation of the project and who is responsible for achieving the goals and objectives.
This assignment consists of three (4) sections: a written project plan, revised business requirements document, project plan PowerPoint presentation, and a finalized project plan. You must submit the four (4) sections as separate files for the completion of this assignment. Label each file name according to the section of the assignment it is written for. Additionally, you may create and / or assume all necessary assumptions needed for the completion of this assignment.
The selected project manager is Chris HE.He is an experienced Chinese project manager and has plenty of experience in project management.In this project, his job responsibility is to manage, arrange and communicate with all project-related staff and to provide updates on the progress of the project to the sponsor weekly.His project management team consists of four experts, which are IT experts and a security expert, a building architect expert and a supporting staff.Chris will coordinate all resource needs through IT managers.And he has the right to approve all project-related budget expenditures, including budgetary allocations, but any additional funds need to give the application to the project sponsor OPAIC.
Input requirements for each task will be identified, documented and reviewed by the Project Manager (PM) who will take into account the results of contract review.
Chapter one will introduce the project proposal by giving a small description of the project, stating the project problems and identifying the solutions to the problem. Chapter two will identify the background behind the project problem by identifying the problem history, the relevance of the problem, the occurrence and reasons behind the particular problem, whether the problem has been solved and what has been achieved, whether the problems has solutions that solve it or similar systems that do not have the said problem and finally, the possible improvements that can be done to solve the problem. Chapter three will summarize what the intended project proposal achievement. Chapter four will look at the elements and scope of the project by breaking it down into the procedure required to actualize the project and the required tools of engagement. This chapter will also discuss the challenges and issues to be faced during implementation of the project such as the type of skills and equipment needed. The deliverables will also be discussed such as the project report, prototype, program and model describing the products of the project in detail. This chapter will emphasize the intended contributions of the project, timeline and budget. Finally, the last chapter that is chapter five will discuss the conclusion summary of the entire project

Monitor construction through the Project Management Team in collaboration with the project site Superintendent to ensure that the project is built ahead of schedule and within budget.
In accordance with project plan, this project will be completed on February 1st, 2007, one day before the scheduled completion date.
