Participants will have a support system in this event and we will achieve this with the help of the people of Anaheim. The participants of this event will have a common ground with one another. Also, physical fitness is 90% mental and we will have many stations that will provide this emotional help our participants will need to have the mentality that they can better themselves no matter what situation they are in. The Huffington post mentioned that people who exercise will have self-confidence,will think smarter, and will boost their brain power. Our aim of this event with physical fitness is that we will be having a variety of physical fitness activities that may not have been seen by the people of Anaheim. These varieties of activities will have the participants looking for more, physical fitness activities that have not been seen, the participants will be attentive and wonder what this will be all about and the activities will have the participants look forward to this every year. Attitudes: The audience more than likely feels some disdain for the topic of fitness. No one likes to be reminded that they're unfit and need to get active. With this in mind, I will create a positive attitude about fitness by taking the "work" out of workout and showing how easily attainable it is
Central Idea: Exercise and physical activity are a great way to feel better, gain health benefits and have fun.
Physical activity is a very important aspect of an individual’s life. There are many health benefits to being physically active. Living an active life helps to prevent and lower the risk of chronic diseases such as diabetes, obesity, depression, and heart disease (Tuso, 2015). Healthy People 2020 (2018) states that about 80% of adults and adolescents do not meet the physical activity guidelines. Staying active may be difficult if there are no community resources to help. The intention of this paper is to implement interventions within Paulding County that will help increase physical activity among community members.
While working on this project I have learned that physical fitness does not come easy. It takes commitment, time, and will power. Without these you can’t obtain physical fitness or maintain it. Physical fitness is not easy to gain nor is it easy to keep it. If it was then everyone would do it, but those who stick to their plan will gain enormous rewards and their life will be significantly better.
To inform the community how the overused of technology, overeating unhealthy foods, and the lack of physical activity would damage the future of our children.
This class has allowed me to refocus on working out and the importance of maintaining a healthy lifestyle. I will take this back to my unit and stress the importance of maintaining your health. I will show them new ways they can work out in small areas and different types of cardio activities such as the interval run and the fit deck loop. Furthermore, I will inform them that maintaining their health is vital to maximizing their retirements.
I observed two different unique professions relating to the exercise science field over the course of the Fall 2015 semester as required by the Introduction to Exercise Science course offered here at SIUE. I picked professions that interested me, and based it on if I could see myself going into it after graduation from this program.
The second tool that has proven beneficial is the President’s Challenge. In the months prior to attending CPOA, I was sedentary, lacked motivation and required a jumpstart. The President’s Challenge did just that for me, catapulting and pushing me towards achieving my health and fitness goals. By the end of week two, I achieved the 12,000 point target. This could not have been accomplished without the support of my team or the fitness program that the academy faculty developed. The CPOA instructors led the class through comprehensive and vigorous routines, opening our minds to new methods for obtaining our goals. Routines included: swimming, spin, circuit training, TRX, interval runs and Fit Deck. As a result, it has ignited a new found passion

Moreover, exercise is essential to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. As people age, it is becomes harder to stay healthy and strong. As Davis (2007) includes in the IDEA Fitness Journal, “Nearly half of adults between the ages of 50 and 64 live with at least one chronic condition, such as arthritis, hypertension, diabetes or heart disease, all of which can be improved through exercise (IHRSA 2004).” Therefore, this aerobics program will be very beneficial to the client’s health. Movement is necessary in living a long healthy life, and that is what this program is all about. Physical health can add to one’s mental health as well. When one is comfortable in his or her own body, he or she will be more likely to be comfortable in every other aspect of his or her

Good physical health is a vital part of the well-being of every person. A major component of our physical health is “Cardiovascular fitness”. Cardiovascular fitness is the ability of the heart and lungs to provide oxygen to the muscles for activity of an extended duration. If we have a good level of cardio-vascular fitness we are able to sustain activity for a reasonable period of time and not fatigue easily. This can give individuals a variety of health benefits and allow more regular and enjoyable activity to be participated in. This research report will examine my results of cardio-vascular fitness tests and weekly physical activity events, which
The purpose of our health fair event is to educate and encourage older adults to remain active in their daily lives. Physical health is beneficial throughout one’s entire lifespan. Incorporating regular exercise into your daily routine will prevent chronic disease, improves their overall mood, and lowers their chances of injury (Aldwin & Gilmer, 2013, Chapter 5). As we go through the aging process, our bodies require us to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Moderate exercise is favorable for people of all ages. Elderly people living with chronic illnesses can also participate in moderate physical activity. Medical conditions, such as dementia, heart disease, diabetes, and high blood pressure can all be improved by including regular exercise into an individual’s routine (Chronic Illnesses, PowerPoint).
