Organizational behavior is the study of conduct and attitude of people within an organization. According to Robbins & Judge (2015), the behavior of individuals working in an organization contributes to its level of performance. A systematic approach has been used in this paper to interpret the relationship among individuals working together in an organization for the purpose of achieving a common goal. There are a number of factors that influences the operations of an organization such as conflict, power, negotiation and politics. As a result, the company can venture into the new market due to the confidence that their customers have in them hence, making it easier for the company to penetrate the market (Metro, 2016). d) Threats The rapid growth of rival wholesale stores such as Tesco, Wal-Mart, and Carrefour is a real threat to Metro Cash and Carry. Even though the company has the edge over its competitors, it needs to implement new strategies that would ensure that it stay ahead of its competitors. An international crisis such as such global economic crisis affects its operation (Metro, 2016).
