Metro Regional Hospital RFP for Enterprise Mobility Management System
1. AGREEMENT
A contract or agreement will be released, after award, for any work to be performed as a result of this RFP. The proposal, negotiated terms, and the contract will constitute the complete agreement between Respondent and MRH. If Respondent requires an additional contract, then Respondent should include their sample contract as an attachment to the proposal submitted for review.
2. ASSIGNMENT OF CONTRACT AND/OR PAYMENT
This contract or agreement is personal to the parties herein and may not be assigned, in whole or in part, by the Respondent without prior written consent of Metro Regional Hospital.
The Respondent herein shall not assign payments under this contract or agreement without the prior written consent of Metro Regional Hospital.
3. SUSPENSION OF WORK
The Customer may in its sole discretion suspend any or all activities under the Contract or purchase order, at any time, when in the best interests of the State to do so. The Customer shall provide the Respondent written notice outlining the particulars of suspension. Examples of the reason for suspension include, but are not limited to, budgetary constraints, declaration of emergency, or other such circumstances. After receiving a suspension notice, the Respondent shall comply with the notice and shall not accept any purchase orders.
