I am currently working for a book store as the Assistant Manager. The skills required for my position are:
Customer service

Leadership
Time management
Multi-tasking
Training
Intermediate knowledge of working with computer programs eg. Microsoft office as well as various websites
Ability to work in a faced paced environment.

Start attending seminars and meeting people face to face

Join associations within my field.
Am I meeting new people that could lead to new customers, suppliers, services and business opportunities?

Networking can help you gain new clients, give you new insights, discover new business connections and opportunities.

Task 1D - Explain how would you use your personal work plan to enable you to serve as a positive role model to others in the workplace? A positive role model is someone who has well-developed communication skills and offers professional assistance to work colleagues. (This may include helping others through effective communication skills and demonstrating a strong work ethic.)

My overall work plan is not only to improve myself but to hopefully improve the overall working environment.
