Introduction

The Human Resource Management (HRM), the term to describe the management system of the human capital within the organization. The responsibilities of the human resource department are mostly distributed into three main factors of management area. The main factors are; recruitment, employee compensation and distribution of work.
The main purpose of HRM is to ensure and maximize productivity of the organization by fully optimize the potential and capabilities of every employees in the organization. When developing measure on employees opinions, the organization have to focus on issues regarding human resources. Motivation is also a key factor for the employees, the satisfaction of every employee in the company is important as they can lead to high performance and achieving greater result which could lead the company progress.
Hence the manager should empower those rewards such as promotion, and opportunities. By having a motivated manager, he would motivates the employees in such the efficiency of the employees would rise as well as in productivity. When employees are motivated the chances of achieving the company goals would increase. Also when the staffs are motivated the working environment would be a cooperative one instead of individual performance and all employees would be directed by their objective being set by the HR department.
A proper working environment would then achieve better team harmony which is an important factor for the organization progression. It would also bring stability throughout the company and profits. Employees would also adapt to changes easily when new plans are being introduce which is ultimately in the company
