There are many things that customers would look at in order to judge the quality of a restaurant, these include:
1) Customer service: how customers are treated in a restaurant highly determines how they judge its quality. In Kababji employees undergo intensive training in order to have consistent service within their target. Staff must be friendly and helpful, and must have knowledge about the offered products in order for a restaurant to be regarded as a high quality one.
2) Quality and freshness of food: If customers feel like something served was not fresh, or very low quality, the entire judgment of a restaurants quality would be low. In Kababji fresh ingredients are delivered to each branch every morning, making them align with this concept.
