I will always follow the staff rules, and have fun while doing so. I like to optimize my experience as staff just as I optimize the experience of players in the community. I want to be able to say I was staff on here, the greatest HCF server. I want to be able to get on TeamSpeak and help individuals who had a bad day. I want to be able to make new friends with players I help, while helping out the community in its entirety. I want to help improve the server by ensuring all cheaters and spammers are removed and making sure the chat is clean for all players to enjoy an optimal experience on the FaithfulMC network. I want to be able to improve the servers reputation by putting all my hard work and time into improving it, this will encourage more players to come on, which makes the server a better place because it's more fun when you have more people which is more competition which is what HCF is really about.Sometimes staff are mistreated and I want to prove that staff work hard for players just to make sure they can have an optimal experience. Staff are a big part of the server, providing an optimal experience for all players. Players should treat staff with respect because they work hard for the community, just to make the players have a more enjoyable experience. Why do you want to be staff?: In all honesty, since I recently found myself with less time to play competitive games such as CounterStrike or League, i've been looking to settle into a minecraft community and it seems as if I've found my place. When I first joined the server, many players and staff supported me and provided me with a great experience, and it comes time that I return the favor.

I want the rank because i help out people a lot i also feel like when i ask a staff for help they can't help me cause they are two busy doing something else. I wanna be a staff member that would do my best to answer every question truthfully. I have been staff on quite a few other servers in the past and I have owned my own Minecraft server for a few months. I think I could help this server as I know a lot about building, talking, and moderation. I know many commands from Bukkit/Spigot and would love to help! I come from many servers and many other games. I can spot the lies in a player, and I know how to detect hacks or any other variation of cheats when an Auto-kick Function misses it. I have been playing on this server for a very long time now and I really love this server. Ive been playing Opcraft for almost a year now and it had been the best year out of all my years of play Minecraft. I really want this rank not because of the respect that this holds but because I want to help this server out a much as I possibly can. I really want this rank because I see a lot of hackers who play on this server and its not fair for people who don 't hack to lose all of their items due to hackers. I want to try to eliminate that. I believe I can handle the responsibility of being a helper in a mature and responsible fashion.Always being a fair fury no matter the situation. I want to as much i can to let this community prosper. I know that I can do so much to help this community grow. I can ban, mute, warn, and kick accordingly, and I never have abused any powers and the idea of doing so does not appeal to me at all.I feel that being a staff member on opcraft will truly help me follow and achieve the goals that I have set for myself.However, my ultimate reason for wanting to become staff is to have fun helping people. I would like to be apart of the staff team for a couple of different reasons. One being, I feel like I can really help the server out, whatever is needed of me I will give my all, and help deal with cheaters, spammers, etc. I have a ton of experience when it comes to being a staff member on a minecraft server, and I especially know how to deal with people in a polite, respectful manner. I think I should be chosen as a staff member because I am the best choice for the job. I have so much experience with being a staff member that I am very a very good choice and should be chosen. Another reason I should be chosen as a staff member is because of how active I am on the forums and soon to be in the game. I also would like to be a staff member just for the fact to help out others on the server and in teamspeak. I also love talking to players and love knowing their opinions to help benefit the server. I am also an efficient person and will make sure those support waiting rooms are always clear and that players problems are solved and that they are happy, when they leave the support room happy I know I am making the server better and

8. What does it mean to be a staff member to you? It may not sound like it does because its a simple game called minecraft, but it means a lot to me because I have played and supported MineSuperior from the beginning and it is one of my favorite servers and most played servers at the top of my server list. It would mean the world to me to be able to be staff on this amazing server. It really annoys me when people come on the server and have an advantage over innocent people by using hacks, so I would like to keep the servers free of them.

I am a very well trained staff member, and I have the skills needed to become so. I have high level communication skills that will help me resolve any situation with other staff or other members of Climax. And I also am a pretty nice guy once you get to know me. I am doing all of this because I think that I can help the server, and make a huge positive impact. I can clean up chat, answer people's questions. I'm basically that staff member that everyone wants. I am never abusive, and if I ever am, I will expect a demotion. And I'm prepared for any situation that comes at me. I also want staff because I honestly think this server is straight up fire. This server had everything a HCF server will ever need, and more. I think that this server has HUGE potential, and I hope that this server lasts for as long as possible.

I think I can make the community cleaner, make it less toxic, when I am playing I see people saying "kys" and a lot more stuff that is very disturbing to see in chat. I would also help people that need help in chat. I see a lot of people needing help in chat, but staff are not helping them. I would also help people in TeamSpeak, because I think that is very important to do as a Staff member, because they could've died to a Hacker, or lag. I could maybe bring new plugins to Pots since I am going to start learning Java, and learn how to Code plugins. I could also probably record a Trailer, or someting to maybe bring more people to the Community, and have fun! I would also bring a better reputation to the server, how would I do that? I would pay attention to everything, such as chat, the reports, and the helpops in chat, which if I keep doing this, and banning all the hackers, people will tell their friends to join, and say "wow this server has the best Staff". I also want to become staff because, I can then do a Staff series on the server, and get as many hackers off of the server as I can, and maybe bring a few more players on to the server. Make sure they can’t ruin any experiences for newer players or players that have been on OpCraft for a while now. I want to help out all the players I can. I think I would be fit for staff because I've been playing this server for many years now. I know all the ropes to the server considering I have had past experience being staff. I love to help people whenever I could. And if I can't, I will direct them to someone that could. I get along with a lot of the players on the server and don't allow personal experiences with them interfere with my duty as staff. I'm not bias and would consider both sides of the story before punishing anyone. I am mature and intelligent. However, I could joke around at times like anyone would. I'm persistent and if I have to accomplish something, I would try as much as possible to do it. I know the rules of the server and when to apply them. I did receive a few punishments over the 3 or 4 years I've been playing this server, but I hope I've matured since then and we can move past it.
