Evaluation of Group Work
1. Rate your group (not individuals in the group) and share what factors influenced you picking that number and explain what it would have taken to move you up half a point up the scale.
I would rate our group as a whole with a 9, because we all took this project seriously and wanted to do a good job. We all put effort into this project, even though we all thought at some point that the others were doing more work than ourselves, however, we all put in more work than we thought we did. Overall, I am happy that I chose to be in this group because I feel like we were able to work together and not be afraid of sharing our opinions and feedback, even with this group consisting of people who tend to be very opinionated.
2. Rate each individual and share what factors influenced you picking that number and explain what it would have taken to move you up a half a point up the scale.
I would rate Kathi with a 9. I feel like she did an amazing job with the financial aspect of the project and did a lot of research into the amounts and grants. She is also one of the main people responsible for the name of our project. Kathi would also share her knowledge on any of the topics as well. During the presentation, I feel like she was able to share at least some of the work that she put into the financial section, although she was rushed because of the time limit.
I would rate Kristynna a 9. She was very passionate about this topic and was the person who had originally
I feel that Carla Reese’s approach at Celeritas had potential to be effective, but in the end it proved to not have the intended effect. She did a good job in really diving deep into the main issues by doing the private interviews. By doing this she was able to get some good insight into what was causing the dysfunction at Celeritas. I also like that she made a point to address each of the main issues at the offsite. This had a positive effect in sparking discussion at the meeting.
3. The score indicates that I have a high tendency to set the goals for the team and facilitate the method of working on the goals.
I thoroughly enjoyed my time working with Natalie. She is honest, dependable, and incredibly hard-working. Beyond that, Natalie is an intellectually impressive and ambitious student who is always ready to further herself in any program. Along with her undeniable talent, Natalie has always been an absolute joy to work with.

I liked the questions she asked. Some of them were open ended so she could keep he student interested and involved. She asked the silent student what is his name. She asked a student how old they were and what they did for fun.
Security was my highest-ranking motivation at seven, social was close at 6.5, self-actualization was 6, esteem was 5.6 and autonomy was 5.25. My strongest motivations are security and relationships.
3. On a scale of 1 to 10 (1 = not balanced to 10 = extremely well balanced), how would you rate your work-life balance?
A:Halima should be honored with this award because she is a leader in the community and hard worker, she involved in her community.
Immediately, I continued to the next part of the Self-assessment section, values. The three options I most valued were altruism/helping society, creativity, and helping others. These values emphasize results I have found in previous sections. I truly value being someone who helps others and
The easiest category to mark was my race. I have always been a caucasian/ white and that is very evident to everyone who sees me. Race has always been a well fought over thing in our culture and the pros and cons to being white have also been very evident. It was easy to rank because it is an outward appearance so people are able to see it and judge me by it. I do not think my race is that big of a deal which is why I ranked it at a 3. I have never thought of my race as making an impact on my success but instead it was because I worked hard to achieve many things. Race was the easiest category for me to mark.
Angel Davis took the parts of introduction, problem, and population. Angel did a great job on her section. Her parts of the paper are very informative. She kept on target about her topics and brought an A game. Angel and I made most the calls to the paper. The only problem I came across with Angel is it seemed like she waited until the last week before she started working on the project.
Other levels on the core scale that Chris and Olympia scored moderately high 60-70 were Family and Friends, Financial Management, Spiritual beliefs, and Cultural/Ethnic issues. It’s
an 82). Both quizzes seem to be pretty accurate. I find being around a lot of people and being in
I decided on a 2 rating for Gabby's extracurricular activities because : 1) she received a prestigious award from a Long Island wide organization and used it to launch her own charitable organization 2) her chosen activities are not only holistic, healthy from a mind and body perspective, but also pointed in the direction of her chosen profession.
I rated myself between competent and expert in the three areas of career planning. I understand my role in my current job and I have a full understanding of where I want to be in the future. My career path has me staying at my present employer. I love working for my state’s Quality Improvement Organization. I am surrounded by people who are striving to better health care for all residents in Wisconsin and I am thrilled to be part of this team!
