Dez Bryant was chosen second on the Dallas Cowboys team in all receiving categories, with 63 catches for 928 yards and nine touchdowns in 2010. Dez Bryant was drafted to the Dallas Cowboys in 2010. He was the twenty-fourth person in the overall pick in the first round of the 2010 NFL Draft. After signing the contract, Dez became the second-highest paid wide receivers in the NFL. The Cowboys wanted Dez to have the jersey number 88, which was passed on by Hall of Famer Michael Irvin and Drew Pearson. After every touchdown made by Dez Bryant, he throws up the symbol, "The x" with his arms. Dez told reporters that this means that he is X-ing out all of the bad things and all of the negativity. The football player I admire is Dez Bryant because of his football childhood, he inspires me to do new things, and his commitment to the team. I admire Dez Bryant because of his football childhood. He once said "You want to be the best there is? Get out there and earn it!" This inspiring quote tells me that you can't always get what you want without working for it. This also tells me that he is confident when he plays football. Dez Bryant is also committed to his family.
