I am in big trouble. Again. It's the kind of trouble that has officers running round like headless chickens, taking urgent phone calls and whispering conversations to one another. Meanwhile, I'm sitting in a dark damp holding cell, carving minutiae cocks into the wall with a stone.
It's times like this I think that Northwell's police department is more of a sitcom than a means of bringing justice and peace. Chief Constable Willis would be much better appointed at some sleazy bar on comedy night, trying his best to be the next Michael McIntyre or Peter Kay when in reality neither of the two can produce even a fart funny enough to make me laugh. He's always banging on about how smoking around kids or dropping litter or setting off fireworks

"Oh, indeed," echoes Willis, taking the opportunity to scowl at me. "We've never had a riot in Northwell before, and sadly this riot has made national news. Mr Kirkland-"
"You cannot blame him for this whole event though!" Francis cuts through. "He did not start the riot he just -"
"He just nothing!" Constable snaps. "In the midst of the fray, Mr Reeves was severely assaulted by your client, resulting in an elderly man having to go to A&E along with other members of the public. Mr Reeves has sued. Mr Kirkland will be going to court. Nothing can be changed, Mr Bonnefoy."
"I see," Francis sighs.
I can tell he's getting frustrated and upset, and my heart sank. I cast my eyes downward and shuffled my feet awkwardly.
"Mr Kirkland will be attending a trial on August 18th at 9:25am. I suggest you two discuss the matters at hand very carefully, as I don't feel like the odds are very much in your favour right now Mr Kirkland. This offence is worthy of getting you arrested, and with your previous history, I wouldn't be too

"Arthur really is a bright lad, could have been a wonderful member of our society like his dear brother, like you. Yet, growing up in a broken home has led to one of the most angriest young men I have ever met - with very major issues against authority." He looks at me with slightly saddened eyes. "Have you ever though about counselling, Mr Kirkland. Your family isn't really the most...functional and I think you could all benefit from it. Maybe you'd Lose that rotten egg lifestyle and maybe contribute something to society."
Francis drops his hand like its scolded
For three years, there has been through the courts and the streets a dreary procession of citizens with broken heads and bruised bodies against few of whom was violence needed to effect the arrest. In a majority of such cases, no complaint was made. If the victim complains, his charge is generally dismissed. The police are practically above the law (Moss, 343).
For rest of time he was answering all the questions raised to the point. The lady had a meeting with the prosecutor before the trail began, she was asked for the negotiation on the amount of fine which signified that she knew she was guilty and that a hefty amount of fine will be imposed on her. However, she also came prepared with some bit of research done and being accompanied by a friend who had the experience of court procedures beforehand. On the contrary, he was not allowed actively to take part in the court proceedings for the trial, but he suggested some valid points as i.e. raising concerns over the integrity of radar instrument and its calibration of it. There was no objections made by the attorney as the lady had no experience of court procedures. This was evident that this was her first time which could be seen by her body language and the way she was asking the questions. This was an open and shut case where a radar instrument played a vital role of evidence in recording the speed of the car. There could have been some bit of relaxation if the lady would have negotiated to the officer as the Judge narrated that the time of negotiation had long past gone and court cannot be

On May 23, 2005, shortly after leaving his job at the Nation, a nightclub located in downtown Baltimore, on May 23, 2005, Jason became cursed. At three a.m., the twenty-three-year-old manager locked the main doors of the establishment and walked toward his red Cobra Mustang parked at the far end of the lot.
In relation towards the wrongfully doings that I now am being asked to attended a meeting at Enfield civic center about, so to be questioned, I find it overwhelmingly unjustified that I have to attended at such a meeting, the reason’s given by myself to why I understand it not to be right or fair that I have been ordered to attended for this meeting or I therefore risk my home being taken, by way of a position order being placed against my person, are given
Below is the memorandum for the negligence action regarding our client, Mr. Ragnarr Loobrok. To succeed in a claim of negligence, it must be proven that, on the balance of probabilities, that a duty of care was owed by the State of Victoria to prevent him from getting arrested once his bail conditions had been formally changed.
Stanley looked straight into George's eyes, even more angrily. "George, I rule the east side now. These are my people I can do whatever I want. Its none of your business" he replied.
Magistrates at Epworth Police Court had to deal with an interesting case in the autumn of 1916. The case before them
“It’s not about guilt at all,” she hissed. “Riot’s become judge, jury, and executioner. They’re snatching people who speak out against them. I was targeted for refusing to cast
“Anger issues. Not what I had predicted, but I guess everyone has to be wrong sometimes.”
He just proceeded to walk forward and once again officer Jackson asked him even louder than last time, because he was frustrated.
It is with pleasure that I take this pen in hand to inform you that I am well and hope this will find you the same. When I left you, you was looking very feeble and I have had many a sleepless night thinking about you. Sometimes I fancy you dead and then again I fancy you are coming here to see me, but that I fear is only joy anticipated.
Imagine every word possible that can be used to describe someone down in the dumps. It is no lie that humans have limited knowledge. Sometimes they just can't seem to understand a situation or better yet comprehend it. This is about someone who feels like he was born in the dumps. Came out of the womb looking as though his self-esteem had just been battered by the cells in his mother's body. Named Dominic, he is most times, if not all the time, the center of painful attention at his school.
"lots of people were hurt during that incident, a lot of people want him to suffer, trust me he will." The man said standing up.
The warm blood runs over my fingers as I grasp his throat, digging my fingers into the deep, seemingly endless wound where my blade had danced only but a minute ago. His body is convulsing slowing coming to a halt by the second as I look into his eyes while watching the life drain from from them and into my soul. I bet my dad would be proud now, as he would always look into my eyes with the look that he would have his hands wrapped around my throat, dangling my body in the air until I pass out. Furthermore, I would wake up sore and bloody, however, I gift them death. Nonetheless, this would end their suffering which I never received.
