Within society, there are many occupations to explore and chose. The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) results showed that my personal career strengths fall under the area of teaching and counseling. Currently, as a school counselor for a high school in Duncanville, Texas, a suburb outside of Dallas, I find the results of the assessment to be very accurate. Making the decision to become a counselor is a rewarding and exciting career choice. In the world of counsling, there are many individuals who place emphasis on not just basic implications, but also on theoretical studies that usually are a part of
I am applying for the position of Nurse Extern at your facility and I meet the requirements set by your facility. I am in the process of earning my nursing degree and I will be graduating in December 2016. This position will help me gain the experience needed to take a step into the professional nursing world. This hands-on experience will be essential in helping me prepare myself to work as a nurse in the future.
I am writing to state my keen interest in the New Graduate Nurse Residency Program that you advertised on the employment opportunities of your website. I will be graduating in May 2016 from Northwest Mississippi Community College with an Associates Degree in Nursing. I anticipate taking the NCLEX-RN state board exam in June 2016. I believe that my educational background and work experience will be greatly beneficial to your facility.
I am a dedicated and energetic RN writing to express interest in the Wound Care Registered Nurse on the Garden Park Medical Center website. My interest in the Wound Care position is from my work as a surgical nurse and the importance for incision/wound care infection control and my personal experience with taking care of a post-op surgical infection. I am seeking a long-term career transition back into the clinical field from the technical area, I have realized that the aspects of my work that I find the most rewarding are all in clinically related areas with direct care for patients and families. I offer years of nursing experience with strong medical knowledge and work experience that encompasses the areas of Medical/Surgical and Peri-Operative Nursing (OR), Ambulatory Physician Clinic, and Community Outreach Education. I believe that my strengths and multitude of skill sets would be an asset to your Wound Healing Team.
I am contacting you in regard to the full-time Psychiatric Nurse position you posted on careerbuilder.com. As a Psych Nurse with over thirteen years of experience in the behavioral health field, I am confident that I am the right person for the position. I pride myself on delivering compassionate and knowledgeable care to individuals with various mental health issues, and would be flattered at the opportunity to continue my career with a company such as yours.
My goal is to be accepted into the LPN/RN Bridge Program May 2017 and graduate in May 2018. I have been an LPN since 2007 where I have spent 9 years in the Emergency Department at Welch Community Hospital. I have absorbed a great deal of knowledge in the time I have worked, in addition will continue to endure more information daily. I can voice that I still appreciate what I do for a living and want to continue to learn more for myself along for my patients. While being in the Emergency Department for the years I have has driven me to apply for the RN program. Thru the type of work, I preform I receive joy when recognizing that I have assisted them to heal. I plan to apply at Pikeville Medical Center once graduated and apply for an ER position.
Since I was in the 10th grade, I knew I wanted to pursue my education at Mount Vernon Nazarene University for nursing. Furthermore, my first college visit on MVNYOU day confirmed my decision. I greatly treasure the close knit community and the Christian based morals. To get a head start on my journey, my sophomore year I applied and was accepted into the Career and Technology Education Center of Licking County for Clinical Care (C-TEC), a nursing based program. In the duration of my last two years of high school, instead of simply graduating with my diploma, I graduated with my STNA, CET, CPT, CPCT, and my CPhT. I have gained a knowledge of the basic fundamentals of nursing. I am an active member of many different clubs and organizations supporting
I was very proud to be one of the fourteen people excepted into such a sought after program. After my six weeks of training I completed the program with a 98% average, and found a job one week later as a CNA at Meadowbrook Healthcare. Immediately after completing the program at CV-Tec, I started my first semester at Clinton Community College to continue my journey towards becoming a registered nurse. I began my college career slowly in order to adjust to my new role as a college student while maintaining full time employment as a CNA. Working in the nursing home had secured my decision to further my career in healthcare, and inspired me greatly.
I am writing to you with interest of joining your team in the position ‘New Graduate Rehab RN’. I learned of the position from a dear friend of mine who is currently a member of your team. I plan to graduate from nursing school this upcoming May and am interested in this position because I believe that it will help further my skills, education and shape me into an outstanding nurse.
I have an Associate Degree in nursing from Queensborough Community College. I had a Bachelor in Environmental Engineering already and I was looking for the fastest and most inexpensive way to become a nurse when I started the nursing program at Queensborough Community College. When I graduated from the nursing school, I thought that ADN would be enough to be a nurse and I could start working as soon as I got the license. Soon after passing the board, I started realized that it was very hard to find any job as a newly graduated nurse with ADN. I got pieces of advice from professors and decided to go to Molloy College to study Family Nurse Practitioner. After three courses there, even though it would be the fastest way to be an FNP with other Bachelor degree, I realized that I had no experience to share in as a nurse. I sat down and seriously thought about what I like to do.
I’m highly interested in the RN opening in your office now available at Capital Area Pediatrics. I am a recent nursing graduate from Northern Virginia Community College. Throughout my education and clinical experiences on different units, I have obtained the knowledge on tasks such as doing physical examinations, administering medication, giving injections, and much more both for adult and pediatric care. The target on family-centered care in your mission statement is exactly the environment I am looking to work in.
This letter is an expression of a strong interest in the position of an entry level Registered Nurse
I am writing in response to your online job posting for the position of Travel Licensed Practical Nurse in Charlotte, NC for a 13-week contract. Primary care has been my focus since entering Nursing school and I will soon be graduating from my program. I am looking for a new opportunity that allows me to care for a diverse patient population.
I believe that I possess talents and characteristics that will benefit the nursing profession. Coming from an aerospace background, I have worked in environments where attention to detail, safety, documentation, and hazardous material handling occurred on a daily basis. In addition to my normal job functions, I was proactive in process improvement programs, inventory control systems development, safety awareness programs, and I served as the department point of contact/ team leader in all three areas. I was also formally trained and worked as a certified
On that note, I took a three month nurse assistant program and graduated successfully. After three years of working in the hospital, I enrolled at Concorde Career College for a Licensed vocational nurse program. I graduated successfully, with Student loan and paid it off within two years of practice.
