The Budget: The 2015-16 budget presents Albertans with a record of $9.7-billion in new debt. Albertans don’t like the budget and many don’t believe the $1.5 billion tax grab was necessary. They don’t like the increase in gasoline taxes, therefore, opposition parties are trying to balance the budget on the backs of Alberta families.
School Construction: With the rapidly increasing population that has seen as many as 80,000 people arriving in the province annually ( due to the increased number of refugees and immagriants in the country) , the government has struggled to keep up with the demand of new elementary, junior and senior high schools.Alberta Infrastructure Minister Manmeet Bhullar says he is trying to expedite the delivery of 230

What is your ward? Who are the candidates for alderman and school trustee in your ward? Choose who you would vote for and explain why.
Ward 5 candidates:
Sarbdeep (Preet) Baidwan
George Chahal.
Tudor Dinca.
Hirde Paul Jassal.
Balraj (Raj) Nijjar.
Aryan Sadat.
I would vote for Aryan Sadat as a candidate for ward 5 as he is addressing a major problem which is reckless spending. As our economy is decreasing , Sadat is going to make sure make our tax dollars go to the things we need as a City and prevent reckless spending. Although some funding can come from the federal and provincial governments, it ultimately comes from the taxpayers, Sadat said the government spends millions of dollars off taxpayers money on wants not needs , and he will be able to control and address this issue if elected.

I would like to fix the issue of community apathy for everyone, but that would be unrealistic because you can change people who want to change. I would like to work with the Mayor and other Council Members to identify groups that are currently not participating in the community and try to find ways by working together that we could increase their participation.

Moreover, my platform for the campaign was to improve the quality of education and provide affordable costs to students. Besides this, I focused on the roads of Texas and their status. The roads are not good enough and are undergoing construction. I am standing on those issues and on reducing the tolls. My platform also considered the advancement in public health. I focused on improving the health services of the people. My agenda is particularly on providing easily accessible medicines and services to the public so that they can be benefitted. ‘Health is wealth’ is my propaganda. Since, my platform is focused on such issues and my agenda have positive impact on the education, health, and transportation, my placement on these committees is justified. It serves my district’s needs. We have less health services and people cannot afford those facilities. Expenses are higher for people. Improving the
2 Given the results of political party quiz, my political values are closer to Independent. I fall in the middle of Democrats and Republican. Also, with the political typology quiz, my best fit is Next Generation Left, having liberal attitudes. Running for the office, I would like to stand on issue stands such as education, roads, transportation, taxes, homosexuality and health. I would like to decrease the poverty rate. There is a lot of tax in Texas. We undergo sales tax, state tax and federal tax which decreases our annual income and the tax return is also less. The highways are not good enough. For example, TX 183 is undergoing construction and the road is messed up. They are just expanding express lanes for their purposes. The general public cannot afford tolls.

The government needs to take more caution creating the federal budget. Edwards stated that “Consider Canada's experience. In the mid-1990s, the federal government faced a debt crisis caused by overspending, which is similar to America's current situation. But the Canadian government reversed course and slashed spending from 23 percent of GDP in 1993, to 17 percent by 2000, to just 15 percent today. The Canadian economy did not sink into a recession from the cuts as Keynesians would have expected but instead grew strongly during the 1990s and 2000s."
The federal budget is known as the notorious economic tank from which money is distributed to various programs. The money used every fiscal year, which begins October 1st and ends September 30th the next year, belongs to the people. The government raises this money through taxes and they spend it on national defense, Medicare, and social security. The federal budget is an exercise in making choices, and those options will certainly affect individuals living in the U.S. These choices cause debt to pile up on the government, who is struggling to make it disappear. The deficit and debt of a government gauges how well it is being run and how well it has been run in the past. According to The Economist the national debt is the total

A company's budget serves as a guideline in planning and committing costs in order to meet tactical and strategic goals. Tactical goals such as providing budgetary costs for daily operations, and strategic objectives that include R&D, production, marketing, and distribution are all part of the budgeting process. Serving as a guideline rather than being set in stone, the budget is a snapshot of manager's "best thinking at the time it is prepared." (Marshall, 2003, p.496) The budget is a method in which to reign-in discretionary spending, and will likely show variances between what costs have been anticipated and what costs are actually incurred.
