Aaron Judge: The Person Who Inspires Me

Bo chose to attend Auburn University, in Alabama. There he grew into the amazing player that he was known for being. Bo played both baseball and football for Auburn, being a star player in both. He was a part of the team that finally, after 11 years, beat their rivals. Many people believe this was accomplished at least in part by Bo Jackson and his ruthless running style of breaking both tackles and ankles. This is how Bo first became known as a warrior on the field.

Aaron, a right-hander, began his professional career in 1952, playing shortstop for a few months with the Indianapolis Clowns of the Negro American League. His contract was bought by the Boston Braves of the National League, who assigned him to minor league teams. In 1954 he moved up to the majors, playing mostly as an outfielder for the Braves (who had moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in 1953).

Before Jackie Robinson played baseball in his college career, he had earn his commission as a 2nd lieutenant after graduating in Officer Candidate School in the U.S. Army during WWII. Throughout the service, Jackie Robinson was court-martialed for refusing to sit in the back of the segregated bus. When he was taken into custody, Jackie Robinson was transferred out of his unit. After being transferred and got accused of false accusations, the court-martial put him down as a honorable discharge. After being discharged honorably, Jackie had started his baseball career with the Kansas City Monarchs Baseball Team which was part of the African-American Leagues. January 31, 1919 in Cairo, Georgia, this is where it all started at the birth of Jack Roosevelt Robinson. You may know him back in his prime as Jackie Robinson. Jackie Robinson, the first African American to play major league baseball, opened the door for future African American athletes by overcoming segregation. Jackie had fought diversity his whole life but having to not fight back was his hardest challenge yet.

A shortstop from Mission Bay High School in the suburbs of San Diego, the San Diego Padres selected Bush with the top pick in the 2004 Major League Baseball Draft. With the selection, Bush became the first high school shortstop drafted first overall since the Seattle Mariners took Alex Rodriguez in 1993. However, the accomplishment was short lived.

It was the last games of the baseball season. We had are worse pitcher pitching for our team. And they had an ok pitcher pitching. We got to the semi finals and our coach was going nuts. I was in the locker room getting ready for the game and my teammates Austin and Tevan were right next to me also getting ready they were one of the best players on the team.

Weight is on my back leg as I slowly bounce the bat in my hands anticipating the first pitch. The pitcher begins his windup and I stop moving the bat and focus on the ball.

Hank Greenberg was the most courageous player coming out of the league and enlisted into the army. This essay is also about how Greenberg and WWII affected the game of baseball. Baseball as a league didn't just have struggles, more than 500 major league players swapped flannels for khakis during World War II players also had to leave the sport they loved. This caused all talent to drained from the league during the war, this dropped the entertainment in the league. Minor leagues were also dropped, 12 leagues only stood this limited young and new talent coming into the league. Hank Greenberg was the most courageous player who came out of the league for the army, he was the first jewish baseball player to enlist to fight during WWII.This essay will explain the struggles of baseball during the war. JACKIE ROBINSON SEPARATED THE COLOR BARRIER when he became the first African-American athlete to play in Major League Baseball in the 20th century. He joined the Brooklyn Dodgers in the year 1947. Robinson was born on January 31, 1919, in Georgia. He was the youngest of five other children. He was also raised in relative poverty by a single mom. He attended John Muir High School and Pasadena Junior College in his later years, where he was an excellent athlete and played about four different sports: football, basketball, baseball, and track. He was given the name of the region’s Most Valuable Player in baseball in 1938.

After Jackie graduated he would continue his education at the University of California, Los Angeles. He was so talented that he was the first student to win varsity letters in four sports at his university. Jackie Robinson did not graduate due to him not having the funds to continue his education. He would soon move to Honolulu, Hawaii to play semi professional football for the Honolulu Bears. He had a short career as a football player due to the U.S. entering World War II. Robinson was a second lieutenant in the United States Army from 1942 to 1944. Since he did not want move to give up his seat and move to the back of the bus he was charged. Due to his excellent reputation the charges were dropped.

The results are surprising because they indicate that he struggled most when making contact in a hitters count in July. In fact, the only time he got an extra base hit in July was in a pitchers count. This chart also shows that Paredes can be successful whenever in the count he makes count. Indeed, when Parades put the ball in play, he was the 48th best batter out of 373 in pitchers counts, the 54th best out of 355 in even counts and the 25th best out of 296 batters in hitters’ counts against solely right handed pitching. The following season Hank Aaron started his season with the Milwaukee Brewers. His success was not over for him. On May 1, 1975, Hank Aaron broke the all-time RBI record that was previously held by Babe Ruth. This was the last year he played for the Braves and was in the 24th All Star Game. With preseason over, all 32 teams need to be down to 53 players. It’s not an easy time to be a 3rd-string player, a late-round draft pick, or an aging veteran.

When he was growing up baseball wasn’t even his main focus it was pushed onto the backburner, the sports that were his main focus were tennis and basketball. That has not stopped him though because he is the 31st MLB player to hit the 3,000 hit club and he is the first player from the Dominican Republic to reach that milestone since the MLB was founded in 1869.

An award which she has won is the 2013 young star award, she has also been in many movies and TV shows, some of which are “Bunk’d”, “Jessie”, “The Thinning”, and “The Outcasts”.
