Many multimillion-dollar businesses in today's society rely on outsourcing to help their operations expand and advance. Simply said, outsourcing is a large-scale collaboration where different people or businesses are hired to carry out tasks that cannot be completed inside and outside of the United States. These companies can benefit from many different forms of investment firms and reduce their unemployment rate through outsourcing (Fehl, & Feinstein (2020). Google is one multi-million dollar corporation that has done a lot of outsourcing. This business, which is well-known worldwide, has employed a variety of vendors and marketing techniques. When examining how globalization might influence a nation's native culture, there are both good and negative viewpoints to consider. One of the benefits of Google outsourcing is that it provides a chance for individuals in these other nations who are trying to make ends meet to live a robust and appropriate lifestyle. We can hire workers who are more affordable but capable of finishing and enhancing the job at hand. It is advantageous for both nations to outsource with a business like Google. It allows us to exchange items with one another and discuss ideas on how to improve the business. (Taylor, 2013). Because it is a growing firm in the form that we perceive today, Google has had an impact on the United States in terms of global stratification. We became one of the most intelligent and prosperous nations in America because of this corporation. The world has been dominated by the internet, and Google is largely to blame. We can easily do research for school, get work, or even keep up with the financial market with this at our disposal. The American economy can benefit from the Internet. This aids in the discovery of new knowledge and international events currently taking place. To grow their enterprises, millions of corporations also benefit from free services thanks to Google search (Kerswell, 2013). The loss of security and privacy for certain people would have detrimental repercussions on global stratification. The information that you may get on Google is not secure and does not have a password. When I Google my name, a single page with both my personal and family information appears. Because the search engine already contains all the information we need to know and how to accomplish it, utilizing it might also hurt our social skills and lack of critical thinking abilities. The United States of America would stand to gain the most. We are by far the wealthiest nation to band together as people during difficult times. More than 68% of American-owned businesses and corporate entities outsource their work to these other nations. When we take action, we both improve the lives of those people and our economy. Our nation's global stratification has a significant influence on society as a whole. It compares America's performance to that of other nations and places them side by side. Comparing their economies, employment markets, cultural standing, etc. is called global strategy. An international corporation, Google has aided people all around the world in a variety of ways and will continue to do so.
