Also, ethical criticism has been raised against Wal-Mart on the behalf of every constituency- customers, employee, suppliers, competitors, and communities-with whom Wal-Mart interacts. Walmart has also done somethings that are not right like child labor, light benefits, and unpaid overtime. Another thing immigrates who come to work are being taken advantage of by Walmart’s because the salary gab between men and women and the below minimum wage pays. “Watching Wal-Mart,” Featherstone provides a critical examination of the practices of a major corporation and their broader societal implications. She encourages readers to consider the true costs of low prices and to question the ethics of companies that prioritize profits over people. In conclusion, the three sources- “Wal-Mart Cut My Hours.
