Section 3: Evaluate your change management strategy 1 Assess your communication/education plan. 1.1 Has the plan been implemented as specified? 1.2 Have the objectives of the plan been achieved? 1.3 How have personnel responded to the changes? 1.4 What has been successful? 1.5 What requires improvement? We have implemented a strategy in accordance with the requirements of the study plan. The objective plan includes sharing data with employees and showing them how to use cloud storage through live demonstrations. Employees embrace change and this might be a good place to start. What worked was a very enjoyable live presentation. Employees are also given the opportunity to experiment with cloud storage, which helps them learn more about the new system and how to use it more efficiently. Running a longer demo will need to assess the staff's ability to register for an account document, etc. to gain more experience. 2 Respond to barriers to the changes/opportunities. 2.1 What barriers have been experienced in the organisation as a result of the implemented changes (identify at least one)? 2.2 How should you respond to the barriers?
