Maple Parfait

4 eggs
1 cup hot maple syrup
1 pint thick cream

Beat eggs slightly, and pour on slowly maple syrup. Cook until mixture thickens, cool, and add cream beaten until stiff. Mould, pack in salt and ice, and let stand three hours.
