Dusty.
 
Well, it is none so dusty, or Not so dusty. I don’t call it bad; rather smart. Here dusty is the opposite of neat, and neat = spruce. “None so dusty” or “Not so dusty” means therefore, Not so unspruce, or rather smart.   1
