Collins, William
(b. Chichester, December 25th, 1721; d. June 12th, 1756). “Persian Eclogues and Odes” (1742); “Verses to Sir Thomas Hanmer on his Edition of Shakespeare’s Works” (1743); “Odes on Several Descriptive and Allegoric Subjects” (1747); and “An Ode Occasioned by the Death of Mr. Thomson” (1749).
