Taken from the Pleasant History of Dorastus and Fawnia by Robert Green. Dorastus is called by Shakespeare Florizel and Doricles, and Fawnia is Perdita. Leontes of the Winters Tale is Egistus in the novel, Polixenes is Pandosto, and Hermione is Bellaria.
