RELATIVE CLAUSES
are dependent clauses introduced by relative pronouns or constructed along those lines but without the relative pronoun itself (these are called contact clauses): He’s the man who won the race. She’s the student whom they chose. The swing, which is broken, was my favorite plaything in those days. The swing that is broken is the one on the end. The woman [that] I marry must be rich.
