of 2, for ve
We all pronounce the contraction of have with a preceding I would or Id the same way we pronounce unstressed of, and substituting of for ve in writing can be an example of eye dialect, which deliberately misspells words to suggest Nonstandard or dialectal speech. But not every such misspelling is deliberate; we can all do it in haste and inadvertence. The important thing is to correct it when it isnt intentional. See also PLUPLUPERFECT TENSE.
