Somewhere is the Standard form; somewheres is widely heard in American speech, but it is inappropriate for Standard use, and in the spoken language it frequently serves as a shibboleth for identifying the uncultivated. The paper is somewheres on the porch is at best Common English, more probably Vulgar.  1
