(mzôNz-älfôr´) (KEY) , suburb SE of Paris (1990 pop. 54,065), Val-de-Marne dept., N central France. There is some agriculture, but it is mainly an industrial town producing chemicals and metals. A 13th-century church and a veterinary school are in Maisons-Alfort.
